1 Page 1 of 10 The Disabled American Veterans of Minnesota established the Donor Connect Program to connect medical equipment to Veterans and their families who are unable or who are struggling to obtain them due to eligibility/coverage issues or financial burden. The main goal of the program is to improve the lives of Minnesota Veterans and their families. The Donor Connect Program is run completely off donated items and there is no cost to either the donors or the veterans who receive them.
