9 Executive Summary Per the request of the City of Loveland, Namasté Solar has developed several system options to maximize the available land at the solar site. These options are all 20% preliminary designs and will require additional design due diligence before full submittal packages can be presented. The two options below maintain the same Ground Cover Ratio (GCR) of 33% as the original design, which maximizes the production factor of the single axis tracker array, but utilize modules from either Hanwha QCells or LG Electronics. The GCR is ultimately determined by the row to row spacing of the system and lower GCRs result in less production loss due to early morning and late afternoon shading. While this approach results in a reduction to the production factor of ~2.2% compared to a 33% GCR system, the overall capacity of the system is significantly larger. Pricing Qualifications The above pricing represents turnkey services for a system designed for the City of Loveland Additionally, the following assumptions were incorporated into the pricing based on information provided by the City of Loveland. Tax: o It is assumed that the project will be tax exempt. Site Work: o All site work including clearing, grubbing, grading, SWPPP, site reclamation/reseeding and drainage to be provided by the City of Loveland 4 P a g e

12 o o Entire site to be graded to no greater than a 2% slope in any direction Namasté Solar will be responsible for post installation site reclamation/reseeding as needed Trenching and Conduits: o Namasté Solar responsible for all trenching and conduit specifically required for the PV system as indicated on the preliminary site plan. o Namasté Solar to comply with the City of Loveland Trenching and Cable Handling specifications Easements/Rights of Way: o It is assumed that the array locations and conductor paths as indicated in the Site Plan are free of easements or rights of way that would prevent project implementation. Geotechnical: o Geotechnical characteristics of the site are assumed to be compatible with ATI foundation/pile design for corrosion resistance. o It is assumed that the geotechnical characteristics of the site can accommodate a standard I-beam post in non-collapsible, load bearing soil. If special soil conditions are found to exist which require the excavation of below grade obstructions, special equipment to remove the obstructions, or concrete foundations, the additional expenses incurred in providing a satisfactory foundation will be paid for by the City of Loveland. Permitting: o Namasté Solar to be responsible for the electrical and building permit for the solar PV system. All other development, zoning, landscaping, CUP, etc. approval are the responsibility of the City. Utility Applications and Studies: o Covered by City of Loveland. Landscaping: o Landscaping design and installation provided by the City of Loveland. Site Access: o It is assumed that that access to site will be granted 12 hours per day and 6 days per week. Prevailing Wage: o The above pricing assumes that Prevailing Wages are not a requirement for the project. Buy American Act Compliance: o The above pricing assumes that Buy American Act compliant materials are not required for the project Bonding: o The above pricing includes a construction bond for the value of the project. Communication: o All required telephone and data communications will be brought to the site by the City. o All on-going data and telephone service charges will be paid by the City. 5 P a g e
