2 ErP Compliant In order to meet the increased requirements for energy conservation and reduction of CO emissions, the selfregulating SimFlex pump range has been further enhanced with an entirely new permanent magnet motor technology allowing operation at low RPM. Integrated Control Signals All signals are integrated - no extra modules are necessary. The new models are supplied as standard with the most common forms of control such as, -1 volt, start-stop signal, and alarm contacts. Motors with low rpm The construction of the new pumps is based upon Smedegaards years of experience in the manufacture of low RPM circulators, which ensures longer operational life, quieter operation and low energy consumption. The new motor and inverter technology ensures the rapid adjustment of the pump duty which, in turn, provides extra energy savings. Simple operation All programming and adjustments are done using the blue control dial situated on the terminal box. No complicated programming is required. Quality Standard - year warranty Parts inside the pump are, including the shaft, stainless steel with high quality carbon bearings which reduce noise and vibration, thereby ensuring longevity. The development of the pump and motor has taken place at our head office in Glostrup, Denmark, with production of the pumps being in our own factory, which is located in Switzerland. Each pump including the electronic inverter is fully tested before leaving the factory. Energy Saving With the new pump energy savings of up to % are possible compared to a standard fixed speed pump. This helps to ensure a relatively quick return on the investment. MODBUS Interface The industry standard MODBUS Interface is available for the new Range. The MODBUS Interface supports control of differential pressure, direct speed control and can be used to switch back to manual/external control via the usual interfaces supplied with the Range.
