6 Returns and Repairs Policy (effective April 1, 2011) All products or items returned to any DJO Global location must have a Returns Authorization (RA) number so that we can identify and correctly credit/resolve your returned item(s). Important Note: Any products returned without the RA number marked clearly on the outside of the shipping container/box will be refused and returned to the sender. For the safety of our employees and work locations, we cannot accept any unmarked packages. As an international importer and exporter we must maintain strict compliance with the Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT). It is required that when you need to return a product, you must first call your customer service representative and obtain the necessary RA number. Using a dark permanent marker, please write the RA number in large letters/numbers clearly on the outside of the box. RA Procedure: 1. C ontact your customer service representative at to obtain RA reference number. 2. Clearly write the RA number (using dark permanent marker) in several locations on the box for easy reference. 3.
