6 EZ-Tether EZ-Tether Connector Strap The EZ-Tether design allows the tethering of the Roosevelt seat without the use of a standard tether. The connector strap keeps the shoulder portion of the seat belt high enough to allow it to function as a tether. This patent-pending method can only be used when installing the Roosevelt with a lapshoulder belt routed through the long belt path. The tether is optional with this installation only. The standard tether is also provided with the Roosevelt seat.
