Before the first use, the battery needs to be charged for twenty-four hours. After each use of the bathlift, the battery should be re-charged for six to eight hours to extend the life of the battery. The armrests are contoured for maximum comfort, and flip up independently of each other to facilitate transfers. The backrest features the same ergonomic contouring found on the seat, along with an additional wall mount bracket to ensure seated stability.
