2 L3 Description The lance L3 comes from the research and development of EmiControls and such as our dust controllers, meets the highest European standards in terms of quality and safety. Compact, easy to handle, with the possibility of changing the geometry of the covered area by the fine water spray, it is easy to be placed in small spaces outdoors and indoors, in demolition works, in quarries, recycling centers, in tunneling works and in industrial storage areas, where it can be placed directly at the dust s source. The lance L3 is controlled by a remote control with which you manage the rotation and inclination of its head and the remaining functions. 4 Description V12S Silent Dust Controller The fully-automatic V12S offers a universal, powerful and super silent environmentally-friendly dust control solution. The specially designed 11 kw turbine is almost whisper quiet when running only producing 60 dba at 20 m. The turbine has the ability to run at 2 speeds 1500 rpm and 1000 rpm giving the turbine the flexibility to throw the atomized water from 10 meters to over 50 meters. This solution is ideal when working in the middle of towns or cities where a need to be quiet whilst working is paramount. Special nozzles with ceramic inserts produce the fine water spray, which effectively lays the dust particles directly at the source. The latest valve technology and an selectable second nozzle ring guarantee efficient water flow. The turbines can remotely move 52 in angle of inclination and a 360 full oscillation ensure maximum operating range. The wide range of designs available makes the V12S a universal dust laying sprayer. The device is easy to control via a remote control, a touch panel on the electric cabinet or cable remote control. 5 V22 Description The compact and easy to move Dust Controller V22 of EmiControls meets the latest European requirements for protection against emissions. The fully automated V22 offers a universal, powerful and environmentally-friendly solution. The patented nozzle head and the outer nozzles ring of our dust controller generate a finely atomized mist which binds the dust particles and prevents them from spreading. The projection range with the central nozzle head is also much greater if compared to other nozzle configurations, so the nozzle head can also be used with the turbine switched off. The easy to use remote control system of our dust controller, (inclination angle: ), 350 programmable oscillation angle, make our V22 a flexible and compact dust controller. Typical fields of application include industries, demolition, recycling plants, materials handling & reloading facilities, composting facilities, landfill and woodworking.
