3 Automatic self cleaning system Control unit The control unit has been designed to various operating conditions. Touch panel Auto / Manual The system can be controled either manually or via machine PLC (automatic). Fault display Faulty operations, such as excess voltage or overload will be detected and displayed. Inspection Warning lamp indicates when to inspect and eventually (if used) replace the non-woven element. Delay operation function Delay operation is conducted for 30 seconds after the collector stop instruction in order to prevent remaining mist leakage from the source. Automatic cleaning control Industrial water or coolant will be sprayed on the screen for cleaning. Various time settings for cleaning and spraying are possible. Inverter (BCS and BCFS type) Coalescence effect via patented condensation core. Through small pins which are located on the collector drum, small particles increase their size to droplets and will be recycled. Constant process.
