49 UNDP PILOT PROJECT PROJECT OVERVIEW In 2012/2013 first phase of Green Urban Lighting Project lead by UNDP Armenia (United Development Program Armenia) was launched. The aim was to increase energy efficiency 40% energy saving Isakov avenue pilot project starts from Victory bridge up to Zvartnots airport junction Tender was opened in June 2014 with a deadline of July 30th Main objective to supply LED luminaires to be installed on existing poles Photometrical demands lighting calculations had to fulfill requirements given by Code of Rules of Russian Federation od day lighting and artificial lighting SP Lighting equipment had to fulfill requirements given in following table
