Musculoskeletal disorders are the most common causes for incapacity for work -- in particular in professions in which physically strenuous work such as pulling and pushing of loads are a part of daily activity. The latest innovation from Blickle can reduce these health risks to a minimum: The electric drive systems of the ErgoMove series. The physical strain on the operator is reduced significantly during internal material transport due to considerably less amount of effort required compared to manual operation. The ErgoMove modular electric drive systems from Blickle are designed for a variety of transport devices, trailer systems and special applications with an overall weight of up to,000 kg. The high thrust force of up to x 55 dan ensures that the operator uses much less force moving transport devices and trailer systems. With the integrated dead man s brake system, the mass in motion is decelarated so that the strain on the operator s back is reduced. CE RoHS conformity RoHS Protection class IP 0 The ergonomic handle with integrated power sensor was designed in collaboration with the Institute for Materials Handling Technology and Logistics in Stuttgart and the Heilbronn College to meet superior ergonomic demands and contains a system for measuring the operating forces on the ergonomic handle. The motor control of the drive castors is dependent on the strength and design of the forces on the operating handle. The ergonomic handle with integrated power sensor records the forces operated by the operator in three dimensions: front / back, left / right and turn: The power impulses in the ergonomic handle are converted into control signals and support the steering. This in turn provides simple and intuitive handling. Safety function: The trolley brakes when the handle is released. The ideal ergonomic height of the handle for an operator with average height is approx..0 m. Blickle optionally offers a console extension for this height. The element is also conceptualised for an optimal ergonomic grip angle. Another advantage is that the battery recharges during the towing operation through a recuperative system. Battery charging is reduced to a minimum with regular use and sufficient travel distance. A draw-bar is lowered on the trolley while attaching it to a trailer. The movement of the plunger opens the brakes. This causes the brakes to release mechanically. The control is activated in towing mode through the electric coupling switch. If the draw-bar is raised-up, the Bowden cables are not pulled and brakes close mechanically. If the draw-bar is lowered, the Bowden cables are pulled and the brakes open mechanically. The electro-magnetic brake system must be released in towing mode in order to prevent damage to the electric drive castors. For this purpose, ErgoMove 000T has an emergency release for the brakes.
