All components are hard-tooled to tolerances of +/ ". UV stabilized weather-strip pile gasket with polypropylene backing. Hinged door frame assembly provides easy access to light arrays and driver compartment for servicing from below. Seismic brackets are integrated into the fixture assembly. Additional wire entrances are positioned on the ends of the housing to allow easy wiring access for the installer. The diffusers are UV-stabilized and impact-resistant frosted virgin acrylic. They are either angled toward the central optic or parallel to the ceiling plane. The center optical element is held in place by sleek steel rails. The standard center rails are approximately 9/16" wide. Optional Narrows Rails are approximately 5/16" wide. Optional Wave door includes frosted acrylic panel that undulates from side to side. DOUBLE DIFFUSE: Visible diffuser: UV-stabilized and impact-resistant frosted virgin acrylic, 0.120" thick. 10 EVHC12I-06L EM EVHC Series High Lumen LED Emergency Light FEATURES Application The EVHC series is a high lumen output emergency lighting unit designed for high mounting height applications. The EVHC Series has a flame-rated, UV stable thermoplastic housing and a lightly textured white or black finish. Integral LED based lamp-heads are fully adjustable. Unit provides a full 90 minutes of emergency lighting. Includes microcontroller based 3-stage charger and Lithium Iron Phosphate(LiFePO) battery. The EVHC accepts 120 through 277VAC input at 50 or 60Hz. The BC option includes an easy access battery compartment for ease of battery replacement. Not designed for self-diagnostic operation at VAC input. Construction The EVHC series housing and back-plate are made from durable injection molded ABS thermoplastic. Lamp-head front halves are made of die-cast aluminum for thermal dissipation. Back half of lamp-head made of glass filled thermo-plastic. LED lens are made of poly-carbonate. The BC option includes a molded battery compartment and access door. Battery position maintained by a velcro strap. Installation Universal mounting template molded in the back plate aids in quick installation. Unit mounts to all single gang and standard 3 ½ and 4 square or octagonal electrical boxes. Conduit entry through a molded-in knock-out at the top center and at the upper half of each side. Prestripped AC input leads provided. Unit may be ceiling or wall mounted.
