HIGHLIGHTS Over 530MT of Jatropha seed collected start of the year for six months. Currently in discussions with third party investors to fund the increased production of biofuel feedstock production. The opportunity to substantially increase production and profit for Jatenergy. The Board of Jatenergy Limited ( Jatenergy, the Company ) is pleased to announce that the current approximate 2,000 hectares of producing biofuel fields have yielded over 530MT tonne in Jatropha seed over the past six month period. This is the low production period for our Jatropha and expectations weathering considered in increased yield in the second half of the year. The rights to these fields are held under a Joint Venture company, PT Jatoil Waterland (PTJW), of which Jatenergy owns 70%. These biofuel feedstock fields are cash flow positive and there are no further costs associated in regards to field payments, maintenance or management. Image 1 Indonesian Jatropha fields

2 Increased Production The Company is currently in discussion with a number of third party investors who have expressed an interest in funding the Company s plans to increase production at the PTJW s biofuel fields. The expansion strategy is based on a two tier approach which will result in increased yield per hectare as well as an overall increase in the total number hectares used for growing: 1 To increase yield per hectare by growing Camelina alongside the currently existing Jatropha plants. 2 Pursuing green fields acquisition to expand to the number of growing hectares. Jatenergy aims to receive this investment directly into PTJW and testing work conducted by Jatenergy and its joint venture partner on a 100 hectare sample, indicated that by growing Camelina alongside the currently existing Jatropha plants, the yield per hectare could be increased by from 5 tonnes of seed per hectare to 13 tonnes per hectare. This increased yield will substantially increase Jatenergy s profit share. Executive Chairman Tony Crimmins stated that, By growing Camelina as a second biofuel source and through new land acquisitions, PTJW will be able to significantly increase yield and the resulting profits. These Indonesian Jatropha fields have always been a core part of the Jatenergy business and have provided significant cash flow to fund the company s operations. The Board of Jatenergy looks forward to furthering discussion with the interested parties over coming weeks and formalizing an agreement shortly. The Project In June of 2010, Jatenergy formed a joint venture with another established Jatropha oil producing company, Waterland Group, to develop biofuel farms in Indonesia. The companies established a company in Indonesia to pursue the venture, PT Jatoil Waterland, of which 70% is owned by Jatenergy. PT Jatoil Waterland acquired approximately 2,000 hectares of Jatropha plantation in Central Java, all up to three years old and has also signed an off take agreement covering the total production from this plantation. Production started in July 2010, under a profit share agreement, with the sale of the first container load of 10 tonnes destined for the aviation industry. This was followed in 2011 by an export of 200 tonnes of oil for use in Europe in the aviation industry and for power generation and joint venture Company. PTJW have the rights for 25 years plus two five year extensions to harvest biofuel crop within the area of the department of forestry Indonesia. Waterland Asia group are producing ever improving seed lines of the Calophyllum tree, the Jatropha bush and the Camelina flowering plant that are used in the production of biofuel. The increasing harvests and yields of all three are producing excellent results, while their hardiness enables the Indonesian Authorities to earmark marginal, critical, degraded and denuded land for bio fuel cultivation. As a result, the biofuel crops produced by PT Jatoil Waterland do not compete in the food chain but enhance the symbiotic relationship. In addition to helping Indonesia to reach and surpass its renewable energy quotas, the plantations of PT Jatoil Waterland are also helping to revive agricultural communities in some of the poorest rural areas. Growth is impressive, returns on investment high and especially Camelina is proving to be a star performer that is catching the attention of the (bio) fuel industry worldwide.

Camelina has a number of advantages over its competitors, including using far less water, thus allowing it to be grown on marginal land, thereby not taking food acreage out of production.

3 Camelina Camelina sativa is a member of the mustard family, a distant relative to canola, and an exciting new player on the biofuels scene. Camelina plants are heavily branched, growing from one to three feet tall producing seed pods containing many small, oily seeds containing between 35 38% oil. Camelina has a number of advantages over its competitors, including using far less water, thus allowing it to be grown on marginal land, thereby not taking food acreage out of production. Furthermore Camelina has a relatively short growing season of 60 to 80 days in Indonesia, and requires no special equipment to harvest. Coming into production within the first year of planting and producing no fewer than three harvests per annum means Camelina provides cash flow within year one. There are no controversial slash and burn issues associated with the cultivation of Camelina, and the entire plant is used with additional income coming from such by products as omega 3 rich animal fodder for cattle, chickens and fish, and straw high in fiber for the paper industry having positive benefits to deforestation. Among the customers lining up for Camelina fuel will be the U.S. armed forces, which have spent the last two years extensively testing Camelina s suitability, with the U.S. Air Force earlier this certifying Camelina biofuel for use in its fleet of Globemaster transport aircraft with plans on using 50% biofuels in its entire military aviation unit by With its climate, land and labour resources, Indonesia is in a prominent position not only to become a leading world producer of bio fuels, but also a leader in the field of research and development. To this end PT Jatoil Waterland was founded, with main operations in Central Java, to manage the production and development process of bio fuel crop plantations. This it does in close collaboration with the Local (state owned) and National Ministry of Forestry and its Research and Development Centre of Forest Productivity Agency and also with LITBANG the Research and Development agency for The Ministry of Agriculture. It should be noted that this is subject to the satisfaction of condition precedents. Producing Assets Jongkang coal project in Kalimantan, Indonesia currently in production with 30,000 produced in the past year. 14 The Indonesian Coal Market Indonesian coal is generally low in ash and sulphur but high in volatiles and moisture. Nearly 80% of production is rated as being sub-bituminous, having a niche position in domestic and international markets because of strong demand for environmentally friendly, low ash, sulphur and nitrogen thermal coal. The coal is commonly sold for blending with higher sulphur coal, enabling the lower quality product to meet emissions standards. Indonesia s coal mining sector has become one of the fastest growing industries in the country, recently overtaking Australia as the world s largest exporter of thermal coal. Exports have increased more six-fold from 31 million tonnes (Mt) in 1995 to 191Mt in Its main export markets are Japan, India, Korea, Taiwan and China. Figure 5 Indondesian Coal Barge.

18 Coal - Geronggang Consists of a 183 hectare property located within the Kotabaru regency in South Kalimantan. In November 2010, contractors conducted investigations of the tenements using power and Jackro rigs and outcrop mapping. The drilling to date totals around 360 metre, including 7.5 m of coring. In 2013 over 300m of drilling was carried out by Jatenergy and a detailed topographical survey undertaken in order to produce working mine plans Cost of $1.2 million to bring the mine into production. Similarly to Jongkang, the company is currently in discussions with a number of interested parties regarding external investment. The opportunity exists to increase production. Maximum production is 20,000 tonnes per month due to transport infrastructure. Jatenergy has 100% rights to the project with 1/3 profit share. Figure 9 Gerrongang Project Map

Coal - Atan Bara A small coal exploration project located in the North Panajam Pasir regency of East Kalinantan, about two hours drive from Balikpapan.

The concession is covered by a production license comprising 200 hectares. Drilling to date totals around 360 m. Intersections reported from the drilling program, which range from 0.1 to 1.2 m thick. The main seams strike southwest to northeast with dipping in the range to the southeast. Jatenergy has rights to 100% of this project with profit share of 1/3 with the owner. According to geological information in this island there are mineral deposits that have good economic value such as coal There are several layers of coal at the site with seams ranging from metres in thickness. 24 The Jatropha Biofuel Market Jatropha is a perennial flowering tree, its seeds contain oil used in biofuel production. A hardy drought resistant tree that grows in dry climates and produces seeds container 27-40% oil. In 2007 Goldman Sachs cited Jatropha as one of the best biodiesel production. In 2010, global consumption of biofuels represented 3% of total fuel consumption. Regarded as having one of the lowest carbon footprints and highest credentials as a true 2 nd generation biofuel sources, Jatropha biofuel production is predicted to increase to 15.5 MT by 2015 ( PT Jatoil Waterland continues to source other second generation biofuel feedstock such as Camelina on its own or as an intercrop between Jatropha trees.

The joint venture company currently employs around 4000 people which produced over 2,800 tonnes of Jatropha seed for the year 2012 alone. Jatenergy has fully paid for this project and currently bears no costs. Jatenergy has the license for Coal Plus technology for Indonesia extending itself to South East Asia.
