3 Conditions of Entry: - Entries accepted at committee s discretion - Each entrant must provide a quality digital image of their vehicle for media purposes. - Travel money will be paid at $15 per 100kms maximum $150 per entrant. - Entrants must be set up Friday night. Set up from 12 noon. - Very Limited Powered display sites will be available. - Each vehicle entered receives two passes to show entry. Each entry receives two social event tickets for Saturday night - Additional tickets are $50.00 per head (limited numbers). - No vehicles can be removed from show before the designated closing time without express permission from the committee. - A high standard of behaviour is expected no alcohol. Illegal substances or pets allowed in venue. - The committee reserves the right to evict any entrants who are not considered to be abiding by the standards expected by the committee. Any eviction will result in nil payment of travel allowance monies. - Batteries must be disconnected whilst in the show arena. - All vehicles must have bonnet, boot lid, and a door in an open position if the entrant wishes the engine compartment, boot area and interior to be judged. Should any be closed, the judges will assume the entrant does not want that Part of the vehicle to be judged. - Liability in consideration of acceptance of the right to participate, entrants, participants, and spectators expressly release and discharge 2017 National show committee and their representatives of and from all unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgements and or claims from any causes whatsoever that may be suffered by an entrant to their person or property. All participants must have their own vehicle insurance. - The organisers may wish to use information and images gained from your entry for promotional purposes before, during and after the show, including print, radio, television and social media, the entrant shall be deemed to be consenting for the committee to use as needed. This is unless your consent is specifically revoked by noting and signing on entry form.
