2 Many thanks to ALL that After 60 years since the first Tri-Five debuted, we re excited to see the passion and dedication so many people still have for these 3 particular years of Chevrolet cars. This love affair is exactly what has allowed Danchuk to become THE name in the Tri-Five Chevy world. And 2016 being our 40th Anniversary, we want to thank everyone that has helped us become the leaders in this industry and reach what we consider to be a very big accomplishment - 40 years of business!! First, thank you to our owners, Dan and Art Danchuk. Without them toying with the idea of creating the first parklight lens mold back in the mid- 70 s, in response to friends having a hard time finding reproduction parts, who knows where we d all be! After creating that mold, the response was so overwhelming that the natural thing to do was to research what other parts were needed and then develop. In 1976 Classic Reproductions was born and started with a few essential pieces that are still selling strong today - the Parklight Lenses for the 55 and 57, the 57 Nomad Tailgate Vee, the 57 Fender Louvers and Lens Gaskets. Throughout the years, Dan and Art have supported the development of more than a thousand parts that have come to fruition. Without their tool and die foundation and their love for classic Chevy s, key parts may have never materialized to their American made standards. In 1980 they introduced the 1957 Bel Air Side Panels that were a labor of love with all the intricacies and exact angles that make this piece one of the most complicated parts we manufacture. In 2003, the 56 Taillight Assemblies were completed, another labor of love with all the different pieces coming together to create what we like to think of as pieces of Tri-Five jewelry. Now they ve recently completed all the side stainless for all three years, which is a huge accomplishment since there are multiple, yet subtle variations within the three years and now finding the piece you need is no longer a challenge. Next stop are custom grilles..... There is no doubt that Dan and Art s strengths are manufacturing and we believe this is what sets Danchuk apart from the rest!! Thanks Danny and Art. Thanks to the next generation of Danchuks for helping Danchuk Manufacturing be what it is today. The four Danchuk kids are now part of the daily operations, with two of them helping Danchuk get up to speed in these technology based times. Brian Danchuk heads up our IT department and has worked hard over the past couple of years to get our website where it needs to be, as well as making it mobile friendly. He is currently looking into creating a Danchuk App where users will be able to seamlessly find all our latest news and information as well as order parts with ease from both tablets and cell phones. Christine Danchuk is now helping Danchuk have a social media presence. From doing customer interviews, documenting restorations, how-to videos available on YouTube to posting on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. Christine is having fun getting interactive with our customer base online. Both have helped their dads understand the importance of keeping up with the latest trends and technology that will help Danchuk appeal to all generations while maintaining family owned operations. The next Thank You needs to go to all our Danchuk employees, past and present. There are a number of employees that have made Danchuk their career. We are proud to say that well over 50% of employees have worked for Danchuk more

3 Helped Danchuk Reach 40 Years of Business! than 10 years and a majority of those are closer to the 20 year mark than not. In case you were unaware, our General Manager, Steve Brown is in this 32nd year of employment and has worked his way from the very bottom to running Danchuk for the past 20+ years. We believe he has steered us through some of the toughest economic times in our companies history and with his experience and knowledge of the industry and manufacturing is indispensable. Another close to 30 years is Tricia Sousa. She has headed our dealer program for many, many years and probably knows Danchuk and the Tri- Five industry better than anyone. Sara Portillo heads manufacturing and knows every component to every one of our parts. She is another indispensable piece to the Danchuk puzzle and celebrated 30 years with Danchuk in Larry Kelly is our modern day Dan and Art tool and die expert that has headed the research and development of our latest parts for more than a decade. We are proud of the longevity of our employees and hope it s a direct reflection that we are a good employer. Our biggest accomplishment is that we can offer customers parts Made in the USA and we couldn t do that without our employees.... thank you! Our dealers deserve a GREAT BIG THANK YOU! These cars hold sentimental value for many, reminding them of someone or some time or place that is special! We are excited to see all the pictures and posts that show how appreciated these cars are around the world. Seems like there isn t a place on the planet that someone hasn t shared their Chevy with us. These classics seem to transcend language, borders and time making them universally loved! And it shows in the countless miles driven, hours worked on, problems solved, pictures taken, car shows attended, Sunday drives and letters written to Danchuk. And without these handful of things just mentioned, Danchuk would cease to exist! So from the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for being an integral part of the Danchuk puzzle and we hope you will continue to do these things so we can continue to do what we do for another 40 years!

7 MANUFACTURING 1976 There s one word that truly separates us from the rest manufacturing. Without our manufacturing department, we d be just another distributor. Over the last four decades, starting with the Danchuk brothers and their dad, Danchuk Manufacturing has perfected the art of tool, die and parts manufacturing. THE DESIGN The design process is as important as any other step. If the design is off, the tooling and part will surely not be right. We start with a perfect fitted and tested original part and from there we start down the long road to the manufacturing of the tooling. Whether we are making a complex multiple step stamping die tool like the 55 & 56 grills or cutting a precision cavity in a piece of solid steel to produce a Class-A injection mold to make parts like the 57 grille bar, we start the process the same. Once we are sure we have a perfect original, we reverse engineer the part using various measuring systems. The measurements are then transformed into a three dimension model using the latest CAD software. We then use this model to design the tooling that will reproduce the original part. TOOLING Our tooling facility combines the technology of brand new state of the art machinery and classic old school set-ups. When duplicating a 60 year old part, many times the absolute best way to make a tool is with vintage technology. By combining modern CNC s with manual mills, lathes, grinders and a whole assortment of other machines and tools we can achieve the end result in our tooling that will allow us to manufacture the best quality American made parts possible. MATERIALS Once the tooling is finished but before the manufacturing can begin we start with the best materials available. We use only top quality steel, virgin zinc for our castings, virgin plastic for our lenses and the best rubber compounds there are. It is because of our high standards for materials that all of our parts are of a superior quality. It is impossible to achieve consistent quality in plating with inferior metals or expect longevity in quality with cheap plastics or rubber. MANUFACTURING If you think the design and tooling is complex, time consuming and intricate, you should follow the birth of a part through the manufacturing process. Just like tooling, we believe the best way to control and achieve the quality that our customers have come to expect is by keeping as much of the manufacturing in-house as possible. That is why our manufacturing facility includes machinery like 300 ton stamping presses, plastic injection machines, stud welders, a paint booth and all the basics like mills, lathes, drill presses and the like. Manufacturing is the largest department in the company and uses over 16,000 square feet of our 86,000 square foot facility to function efficiently. QUALITY CONTROL Once the parts are done in manufacturing, we move them on to our highly trained quality control department where they are tested and inspected for perfection in both fit and appearance. We take the inspection of our parts very seriously and we think it shows in the end products. MADE IN THE USA We think these American classics deserve American-made reproduction parts. We are proud to offer parts that are made in our Santa Ana, California facility by employees that appreciate the beauty of these cars and all the parts that make them classic.

We have been able to take advantage of some advances in manufacturing, but realize some tried and true methods are still the best way to manufacture certain parts. Combining older and newer manufacturing techniques gives us the best of both worlds.
