3 1 OPERATOR INFORMATION 1.1 NAME Midas Gold Idaho, Inc. (MGI or Midas Gold) will be the operator of the Stibnite Gold Project located in Valley County, Idaho. Midas Gold is a wholly owned subsidiary of Midas Gold Corp. (see Section 3). 1.2 MAILING ADDRESS The Midas Gold mailing address is P.O.
