Enertopia project outlined in black. 3 rd party drilling by Cypress Development adjacent to our western boundary has resulted in a Tech Report defining an indicated resource of 3,835,000 tonnes of LCE (lithium carbonate equivalent) at a grade of 865 ppm li. Within the Cypress resource is a proposed high grade starter pit near our south western boundary of 1,164,000 tonnes of LCE at a grade of 1,105 ppm li. (Cypress Dev. 7 Completed drill locations shown in Red dots Completed Dec 2018 Drilling Program below: Four DDH holes TOP-01,02,03,04 were completed with TOP-04 ending in lower claystone. These holes will be used to calculate a project wide lithium resource over our 160 acres of placer and Lode claims. One Metallurgical test hole was drilled off the same pad location as DDH 02. The rock recovered will be used for creating synthetic lithium brine for enhanced testing of resins and membranes used for removing impurities for a rich lithium feed stock. 10 Strategic location for Project and Technology Advancement Project is located on an uplifted block of lithium rich sediments confirmed by 3 rd party surface sampling and drilling adjacent to the project with numbers averaging above 1,000 ppm Li at surface and in drill holes. Lithium values are hosted in mostly green tuffaceous claystones and mudstones east of Angel Island. Project is road accessible and only minutes from paved highway. Initial leach tests indicate that a large portion of Lithium contained in lithium-rich sediments at and near surface can be readily leached, producing lithium enriched synthetic brine. 10

11 NEXT PROJECT STEPS FOR ENERTOPIA PROJECT DEVELOPMENT: Assay s pending for TOP holes. Metallurgical testing of horizons by ph solution testing to begin by 2nd Qtr TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT: Continued testing of high ph, low impurity brine solution using ion resins for removing impurities and lithium concentration. Continued review of technical data to drive down future Capex of potential mine development. 11
