8 Diaphragm seals A diaphragm seal is a device which is mounted between pressure gauges, switches or transducers and the process to prevent toxins, corrosives, slurries or viscous fluids from damaging the instrument or block the measurement, ASHCROFT diaphragm seals offer a variety of materials and connections.
