1 Приложение 1 ТЕХНИЧЕСКО ЗАДАНИЕ A , MSN 3188, LZ-AOB AIRCRAFT LIST OF MAINTENANCE INSPECTIONS, OPERATIONS AND WORKS TO BE PERFORMED DURING INCOMMING OVERHAUL OF MLG, NLG AND RELATED RETRACTING ACTUATORS 1. General Information: 1.1. Landing Gear Overhaul must be performed on Exchange Base Planned Aircraft Maintenance Input date - not later than end of June Currently installed Landing Gear configuration: - LEG ASSY NLG P/N D ; - NLG Retraction Actuator P/N D ; - LEG ASSY MLG P/N ; - LEG ASSY MLG P/N ; - MLG Retraction Actuator P/N Rear Pintle Pin & Nut P/N D xxx MTOW kg, WV The complete set of the Serviceable Landing Gears and all the components in point 1.3., have to be installed with flight cycles remaining life limit at least The complete set of the Serviceable Landing Gears must be with all applicable mandatory service bulletins and airworthiness directives complied with, to the date of exchange in order to ensure continued operation up to next schedule LG overhaul 2. Scope of Landing Gear Overhaul Part 1: The overhaul of the complete landing gear set shall be performed according to the latest revision of the CMM and Appendix 7 A320 Family Landing Gear Overhaul Procedures Document. Scope of Services within the fixed overhaul fixed price incoming inspection; complete disassembly with removal of bushings as defined by the CMM; discard and replace standard replacement materials (SRP s) as defined by the CMM; cleaning and stripping of paint and cadmium layers; inspection of all chrome and nickel plated surfaces; visual and N.D.T. inspections; inspection of wear, dimensions and general surface conditions; incorporation of requested and mandatory AD s and SB s in accordance with identification of all areas requiring rework as defined by the CMM; mechanical repairs in accordance to CMM; ladder crack rectification (including nickel plating);

2 nital etch as required; chrome and nickel plating as required; re-application of cadmium plating; re-application of sermetel; priming and painting as required; assembly and functional tests; preservation and packing on transportation container; documentation on delivery in accordance with aviation authorities specifications; issuance of overhaul reports with shop findings; complete engineering services for overhaul performance; replacement of all standard material parts (SRPs) acc. CMM; replacement of bushings in acc. with the CMM; testing of attached hydraulic on condition LRU components; testing of attached electrical parts (harnesses & sensors); shipping & shipping insurance cost both ways; No PMA parts & DER repairs.
