Performance Highest efficiency, Lowest Running Cost Superior PERFORMANCE with less FUEL Delivering the world's highest fuel effeciency amongst all the comparable machines in it's class Air to Air Intercooler Engine with 150PS High capacity & efficient hydraulic system 2X211 /min hydraulic pumps and gear pumps enable the functioning of pilot line smoothly and efficiently. Thanks to powerful engine performance, a cooling module made of aluminium, high capacity main pumps and an EPOS system that automatically controls engine rpm and flow rates, saves fuel upto 10% compared to earlier generation V model.* With the introcuction of compact cooling module made of aluminium the machine is capable of working in demanding temparature conditions across the country High capacity hycraulic pump delivering a flow of 2X211 /min EPOS system for optimum performance in any operating condition Accurate swing point : anti-rebound valve Swing anti-rebound valves are installed as standard equipment, allowing the operator to stop the upper structure at the desired position. As a result, operating efficiency improves greatly. Swing torque (Max) - 6,103 kgf.m As the cooling module is made of aluminium of high strength and effeciency the radiation effect is increased(cooling efficiency increased upto 12% compared to V model)preventing overheating at higher ambient temparatures. Power mode For faster cycle times and high output. Cycle time reduction of upto 15% is achieved compared to operating mode. High efficiency control valves for smooth operation of multifunctions with precision The circuits for the boom, arm, and bucket have been improved to assure smooth and confident control during combined operations. Heat shield panel for turbo charger The heat shield guard has been installed over the turbo charger to prevent the operator from inadvertently touching the hot surfaces while checking the engine area. Pre filter High capacity dry type cyclonic pre cleaner helps efficient fuel burning by reducing air load improving engine effeciency. * The value of fuel saving is based on our test between with our earlier V model.

Engine oil drain valve The engine oil drain valve with quick coupler provides fast and easy drainig of used lube oil which is environment friendly. Sub assemblier Access to the various is very easy, making cleaning easier. Access to the various parts of the engine is from the top and via side panels. Strengthened Boom & Arm Assembly The shape of the boom has been optimized by finite elements design, allowing uniform load distribution throughout the structure. This combined with increased material thickness gives improved durability and reliability by limiting element fatigue. In the arm assembly greater strength has been gained by using cast elements and reinforcement around the bosses to give increased life. Disk All the pins are provided with hardened discs on both sides to improve pin life by recucing the wear. Electric refuelling pump A electric refuelling pump is provided next to the main pump for easy clean dispensing of fuel avoiding spillage for clean work environment. Enhanced durability of boom and arm Strength is increased : Boom 15%, Arm 20% The durability of arm is enhanced, because the thickness of steel plate of boom and arm is increased by 15~20% compared to V model, steel plate is additionally applied to the end of arm and the inside of arm center is reinforced by plate.* Undercarriage protector As attaching reinforcing board is provided on inside and outside of track and straight guide is additionally reinforced, main parts and undercarriage of track are protected. PC monitoring function (SMS) By connecting a laptop PC to the controller (EPOS controller) of the machine, data such as pump pressure and engine RPM can be displayed graphically. Also other vital machine data can be stored in memory and printed out using a printer. Engine oil filter High effeciency engine oil filter capable of filtering the minute particles is installed for extended life of the engine. X-chassis The X-chassis frame section has been designed using finite element and 3-dimensional computer simulation, to ensure greater durability and optimum structural integrity. The swing gear is solid and stable. * The measured value is based on our test and the compared equipment is Doosan V model. Lower roller The improvement of internal structure and strict test and verification of reliability ensures high durability. Fuel purification The fuel system is provided with a high capacity water seperator and dual filteration system to minimize impurities entering the system thus protecting the engine to improve operational effeciency. High capacity air filter The large cyclonic type dual air filters ensure minute partciles of dust are eliminated from air intake safe guarding the engine life. The location of the filter provides easy access for cleaning and changing of catridges.

5 Working Environment Wide opeartor cabin(meeting ISO and fops standards) space gives wide all round visibility reducing blind spots. Care has been taken to ensure low noise(74db) and low vibration providing safe and ergonomic operating environment. When the going gets tough, Doosan keeps me Comfortable. Increased foot space Instruments, controls, and accessories have been ergonomically located in the cabin and 300mm seat slide has been achieved to provide ample space for operator's feet and legs. Simplified operation mode selection The 3 work modes from the previous models have been reduced to digging and trenching modes for easy selection. Cup holder (Optional) A folding style cup holder has been installed in the cabin allowing the operator to store a can or cup. - Digging Mode : General Excavating, Ground Leveling, Loading Dump Truck, allows for versatility. - Trenching Mode : trenching or excavating of side wall, operations which require heavy swing work. Low Vibration Cab Mounting System By using a total isolating seal design (full sealing) outside noise has been drastically reduced to the levels comparable to that in a modern car. A viscous sealed mounting system has been incorporated, and the frame, cabin and seat have been designed to absorb major and minor vibrations, resulting in a significant decrease in vibration felt by the operator.
