2 The Cycle Country V-Plow can be adjusted for multiple configurations. The operator can easily switch between straight, V, or scoop configurations within seconds by pulling a pin and moving the blade wings to the desired position. The Cycle Country V-Plow works great for summer or winter use. To use your Cycle Country V-Plow, you will need a Cycle Country Push Tube (Model No ) and a Cycle Country Mount Kit for your model of ATV. You will also need a blade lift system. For this you can use a Cycle Country Winch Kit, any commercially available ATV winch, or a Cycle Country Electric Lift (Model No ). Warning Operating Instructions Read Before Operating 1. Read V-plow owner s manual and ATV operator s manual before use. 2. Do not exceed 5 mph with blade installed. 3. Operate with extreme caution on slopes and rough terrain. 4. Keep away from blade and moving parts during operation. 5. Before adjusting blade angle, stop ATV and set parking brake. 6. When plowing snow or dirt into a pile, start backing up before raising the blade. 7. Do not ram the blade into piles of dirt or snow; slow down before hitting the pile. 8. Be aware of objects that could be hidden under snow. 9. Do not operate blade without V-plow position lever stop correctly installed. See assembly step Before use, put plow in V position and check for clearance between plow and ATV tires. 11. Your plow and hardware were designed with your safety in mind. In order to protect you and your ATV, certain parts of the blade and / or hardware are designed to fail when the equipment is over stressed. For this reason push tubes, blade hinges, mounting brackets, and clevis pins are not covered by warranty. 2

4 Assembly 1. Assemble the blade wings (items 2 and 3) as shown below Install blade stops (item 21) as shown below

5 3. Install the blade position struts (item 22) and the blade skids (item 7) as shown below Repeat for other side

6 4. Install the assembled blade onto the push tube assembly as shown below Note: Blade wings are not shown for clarity Indicates items included with pushtube assembly. Pushtube Assembly 6

7 5. Install the blade springs and the V-plow position lever stop (item 19). Tighten nut until spring coils start to separate. Hinge should be in center position. Replace washers with item 19. Remove 3 washers and discard. 19 Indicates items included with pushtube assembly. Operation The position of the V-plow wings can be changed as shown below. Pull up on pin and swing blade to desired position. 7

All transportation cost incurred by the purchaser in submitting the material to Cycle Country Accessories Corporation for replacement under this warranty must be borne by the purchaser. If Cycle Country Accessories Corporation determines that the product must be returned to the factory for credit please call for an RMA number and shipping instructions. The warranty does not apply to parts that have been damaged by accident, alteration, abuse, improper lubrication, normal wear, or other causes beyond Cycle Country Accessories Corporation s control. Products such as engines, electric motors, and actuators may carry an original manufacturer s warranty. Please call Cycle Country Accessories Corporation for information. 8
