Ultrasonic Generator FAQ 1:Why the fuse blew of Ultrasonic Generator? 1) pls check the rectifier bridge, inductance and the output transformer lines to confirm if they are any abnormal.

1 Ultrasonic Generator FAQ 1:Why the fuse blew of Ultrasonic Generator? 1) pls check the rectifier bridge, inductance and the output transformer lines to confirm if they are any abnormal. 2) Check and see all the power tubes and Peripheral resistance if they are any damage according to the picture test the power tube by the resistance x1k of Multimeter. The black probe connect the A, the red probe connect the K. the resistance should be greater than 1M. If the resistance is very small,this tells us that the power tube is damaged test the resistance of tube power K and G by the Multi Meter Rx1. If the resistance is greater than 10 Ohm. this tells us that the power tube is damaged.. If we can t find the damaged power tube by this way, we can unsoldering the K by soldering iron, then test the resistance again according to the way of a.( Before switching on the power.we must confirm two group of power tube have t any problem) 3) the generator need to normal boot before replace the new tube power..test the voltage of Up and down in the two groups power tube K and G by DC power transmission of Multi Meter.their voltage is about 4V. and the voltage of the Up and down in the two groups power tube K and G should be the same

2 4) When replace the power tube. The installation of the insulation slices should be correct. 5) And must check the insulation resistance between power tube and heating panel after replace the power tube. The insulation resistance must be greater than 5M(as picture) 6) If the power tube is damaged, we will send you the new power tube accordingly. 2. the fuse normal.fan can also work, but they are not any display on the display panel. Check the output of V if normal. ---if normal: check the connection cable and plug between display panel and main board. If the display panel is damaged, pls replace it. --- if don t normal, the voltage of 7805 is not the 5V. check the two group input voltage of supply transformer: 7.5V and 15V. 3.the display panel work, but there are not the ultrasonic output. 1) check and see if the ultrasonic transducers are damaged. 2) ---disconnect the cable of ultrasonic transducer. then test the insulation resistance of transducer by megohm, in general, it should be greater than 500K

But if you use the Multi Meter x10k to test its insulation resistance.in general, the The motion of the pointer will have a very small amplitude,and will get back in position.

If the insulation resistance is small than 500K, this tells us than the ultrasonic transducer is damage. test the voltage of Up and down in the two groups power tube K and G by DC power transmission of Multi Meter, it should be about 10V. and the voltage of the Up and down in the two groups power tube K and G should be the same.otherwise,we need to replace the power amplifier board. According to the picture 6, the voltage of Yellow on both ends of the capacitor should be about 300V. Picture 6 4. the generator can work properly.but there are the leakage. 1) ultrasonic leakage 2) Electric leakage it's very easy to see this two types leakage in humid conditions.so pls keep the generator on dry and ventilating place, keep dry strictly. And Always clean up the dirt inside the case. the reason of ultrasonic leakage. The negative and positive cable of output polarity reversed And the ground wire don t connect very well. the reason of Electric leakage - 3 -

(when test insulation resistance. Pls turn off the power supply ). 5.Display of Er-01 in operation In normal condition,this display means excessive operating temperature inside the machine (above 65 ) and the machine is in overtemperature protecting state. Please check whether the surrounding temperature is too high and whether the radiator blower is in good condition. If the power tube is very hot, it is necessary to check whether the operating frequency of machine is in normal range,whether the current is too high and whether the transducer is damaged and struck with fire.but if the temperature is normal,then check whether the temperature detector (on radiator board), and the connected wire, connection and socket are in good contact. 6.The external control of ultrasonic generator does not work. Remote operating pattern:there is a remote interface at the back of machine. The machine can be operated to be on and off by remote control when opening and closing this connection point. The remote wire is mainly used in automatic control equipment to flexibly control the ultrasonic output through PLC of equipment or other equipments. If many sets of ultrasonic power supply are available, the remote wire can only control one ultrasonic power supply through relay contact. There shall be DC12V to test this connection point with tree-use meter. 7. Failure of keys of ultrasonic generator. Under the external control, On/off keys, time adding and reducing keys are in locked mode; or time adding and reducing keys are also locked in operating mode,so that they cannot work. Normally,if a certain key is invalid,check all the displaying points are normal. If it is normal,check whether this key is damaged or whether the connected connectors and wires are in normal. 8.The ultrasonic intensity is weakened

5 Under normal circumstances. The new transducer has the aging process,the current will change after working some time, then we need to adjust the generator again,. 1) Check whether the working frequency of machine, is right by checking keys. Normally, the working frequency of 28K is27-31k and that of 40K is 38-41K. If the deviation is too big, recover the working frequency by means of frequency adjustment on mainboard. 2) If the ultrasound is too low, shut off the machine, connect the ammeter (or clamp meter), and then start the machine to observe the current quantity. If the current is too low (compared with rated operating current), first check whether the connected wire is short-circuit and whether the ultrasonic vibra bar is damaged, like transducer fall-off, transducer wafer burst, bonding glue cracked, etc. in general, if the current is not excessively reduced but the ultrasound is greatly weakened, it is probably because the bonding glue of transducer is cracked. The specific determining method is to observe the glue coat at the joint of transducer and steel plate. Normally, the surface shall be smooth. If it has fine cracks, it is because the glue is cracked. Now it is necessary to remove the transducer and splice it again. The expedient is to cut off the transducer directly. If the current is greatly reduced, mainly check whether the connecting wire or wafer of transducer is cracked. 3)If the vibra bar is sealed, and it is not convenient to check it, then check whether the generator, mainly its operating, is in good condition. Normally, the operating frequency for generator of 28K is 27-31K, and that of 40K is 39-41K. If the deviation is too big, recover the working frequency by means of frequency adjustment on mainboard. If it is unable to determine the operating frequency of equipment, adjust the frequency potentiometer on main board directly and observe the current change on ammeter so that the frequency changes in the range mentioned above. When the current is at maximum, the operating frequency is the best operating frequency at that time. If the current has reaches the highest point, but it is still greatly higher (lower) than the rated current, adjust it by the means in the next chapter. If it still cannot reach the best state, it is suggested to open the vibra bar to have a check. The normal state after adjustment shall be that the ultrasonic intensity reaches the normal intensity when the current reaches the rated current. If the ultrasonic intensity is still weak when the current has reached the rated current, do not force to increase the operating current, otherwise, it is probably to damage the generator or vibra bar. 4) Generally, the operating electric pressure, rinsing object, water temperature and the sort of cleaning solution will affect the ultrasonic intensity. Especially when having a strong agitation, the ultrasound will get weak, which will recover in ten seconds. So pay attention to the using method. 5) If the current of whole machine is low, and it is caused by low local electric pressure, raise the select jumper to a higher point according to figure 6, i.e. change connection point A to B

6 Conduct this method with caution. In case of abnormal occasions, please contact the maintenance staff and never open the cover casually so as to avoid dangers. 2)The ground of the machine box should be well connected with the ground so as to avoid electricity shock accidents
