3 MAINTENANCE GUIDE Dear Customer, We thank you for choosing an Agrital cab! Here s a reference guide for the most common maintenance operation you ll be performing to maintain your new cab efficient and in good state. CLEANING To clean the interior, we suggest to remove the carpets and clean the separately, in order not to leave them wet. The fixed linings can be cleaned with simple water. DOOR ADJUSTMENT After having installed your new cab, you may need to adjust the door locking by adjusting the attachment of the door latch. This operation must be carried on each time the cab is mounted. To maintain a good efficiency of the locks, we strongly suggest not to operate the tractor with the doors opes, since the vibrations could damage the hinges. HEATING/VENTILATION SYSTEM (water-cooled tractors only) In order to switch from the heating to the simple ventilation, the operator has to turn off the hydraulic outlet tap inside the cab. CLEANING AND CHANGING THE AIR FILTERS We suggest to clean the intake air filter every 150 working hours with compressed air or a vacuum cleaner. After 1000 working hours, we suggest to completely clean the air system by using compressed air. To access the system remove the roof (the silicone will have to be removed as well). We suggest to put new silicone back when mounting the roof again. We suggest to change the air filter once a year. Carbon activated filters have a very limited life span. We suggest to use them only when dealing with special chemical treatments and to use a standard filter for other operations. Store the activated carbon filter in its package when not in use. The life span of the filter depends on the working conditions. The mean life span is about 150 working hour AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM To keep the air conditioning effective, please remember to clean the radiator on the roof and keep the gas on the compressor at level. To clean the radiator use compressed air. Keep a maximum of 3.5 bar in order not to damage the radiator. To refill the compressor, do not exceed0.7 Kg. for big compressors and 0.5 for small compressors and do not put the system under excessive pressure. For air conditioning system, please fill also the manufacturer s warranty The customer confirm to have received the owner s manual and the maintenance manual. He has been properly informed by the dealer on the correct use of the cabin. For the use of any personal protective equipment the user must follow the directions of his person in charge for the safety at work. The dealer confirms that he has installed the cab in according to instruction provided by the manufacturer, in order that the SAE-OECD approval is valid. 7 Thank you for choosing an AGRITAL product. This is a quick set-up guide that will help you through the installation of your new cab. Disassemble the original protection roll-bar. Disassemble the seat, the side lights with their handle and the climb handles. Disassemble the cup holder and seal the hole with the supplied plate (fix it with 4 selftapping screws). Lower the cab on the tractor without having it resting directly on the mudguards. Leave the cab a couple of centimetres above the tractor. Fix the rear bracket where the rear roll-bar was mounted. Use the screws that kept the original roll-bar in place. Mount the front brackets fixing them to the tractor s frame (use M16x40 screws n.4 each side).

8 Lower the cab by fixing it to the brackets by using the silent blocks (rubber vibration dampeners supports) mounted (before) on the brackets. (Use M12x80 screws). *Assemble the under seat metal with self tapping screws. The front part of the plate is fixed to the tractor through the aluminium angle supplied (use M4.3x22 selfs crews). *Assemble the mudguard seals (on the internal side of the tractor) using self tapping screws *Assemble the 2 front seals on the internal part of the tractor. The left one need to have under the little rubber piece supplied. Fix both of them with screws. left right

9 footboard with screws. Put the carpets back on the Heating hoses must be fixed with the clamps supplied. The pipe coming from the right side of the cab has to be fix on the pump (on the right side of the engine). To complete this step you have to use the connecting-pipe straight. How to connect the pipe coming from the left side of the cab: we suggest disassembling the silencer. Connect the hose into the plug located on the rear part of the silencer. To complete this step you have to use the connecting-pipe (the model with the 90ºangle). ATTENTION: the connecting-pipe has to be faced with the exit on the opposite side of the silence. You have to protect the pipe from the heat coming from the silencer, use the aluminium pipe equipped with. Attach the toolbox inside the cab. Re-install the front lights using the assembly bracket supplied. Fix the license plate holder to the supplied bracket and mount it on the left mudguard by drilling an hole in it. Connect the cab s electric system to the tractor s starter motor. Seal the cab with common silicone. Adjust the doors. Turn on the tractor and let it heat up for a couple of minutes. Turn off the tractor and refill the radiator fluid. For any question, please do not hesitate to contact us!
