STEP 1 REMOVE HOOD Remove the hood by removing the four bolts (one on

shaft cover removing the 4 bolts with the ½ wrench and socket.

center console cover figure 2 figure 3a STEP 3 CENTER CONSOLE REMOVAL

2 STEP 1 REMOVE HOOD Remove the hood by removing the four bolts (one on each side above front tire, two in front on either side of hood logo) using ½ socket and wrench. figure 1 1/2 bolt STEP 2 PROP SHAFT COVER REMOVAL If 4wd remove prop shaft cover removing the 4 bolts with the ½ wrench and socket. If a crew use the same tools to remove the rear console. center console cover figure 2 figure 3a STEP 3 CENTER CONSOLE REMOVAL Remove center console cover with pry tool or screw driver (figure 3a), then using a 5/16 socket, remove the console screws (figure 3b). figure 3b page 2 of 5

STEP 4 DISCONNECT BATTERY Disconnect battery wires using

3 STEP 4 DISCONNECT BATTERY Disconnect battery wires using 7/16 wrench and sockets. figure 4 STEP 5 ROUTING HARNESS Run new harness from front of vehicle to the battery, along the console support tubes. figure 5 STEP 6 COVER REMOVAL Use 5/16 socket to remove distribution block cover from the primary block located on the firewall. figure 6 page 3 of 5

STEP 7 WIRE CONNECTION Connect the green wire from the accessory block harness to an available 12v

switch wire from the eps module, and reinstall on the new accessory block once installation is complete.

4 STEP 7 WIRE CONNECTION Connect the green wire from the accessory block harness to an available 12v ground and the brown wire from the accessory block harness to an available 12v key switch power terminal. If no key switch power terminal is available (as will be the case on eps units) remove the white keyed switch wire from the eps module, and reinstall on the new accessory block once installation is complete. figure 7 STEP 8 REPLACE BLOCK COVER Replace and re-secure the distribution block cover. figure 8 STEP 9 MOUNTING LOCATION Remove the 4 nuts on the dash support with the ½ wrench or socket. figure 9 page 4 of 5

terminals to the ground side of the battery and reconnect the battery cables to the battery.

5 STEP 10 BRACKET INSTALLATION Install the bracket in between the dash supports and re install the nuts. figure 10 STEP 11 BATTERY CONNECTION Connect the red and brown wires with ring terminals to the positive side of the battery, and the green wire with ring terminals to the ground side of the battery and reconnect the battery cables to the battery. figure 11 STEP 12 SECURE THE HARNESS Use the supplied zip ties to secure the harness to the console support tubes on the driver side of the console. figure 12 REINSTALL Reinstall all console and cover components and hood and enjoy your new, easier to access, accessory distribution block. page 5 of 5
