1 Description Ketics Model SFH Vibration Isolation Hangers consist of freestandg, large diameter, laterally stabile steel sprgs series with a precompressed molded fiberglass sert assembled to a stamped or welded hanger bracket. To assure stability, the sprg element has a mimum lateral sprg stiffness of 1.0 times the rated vertical stiffness. Hangers will allow support rod misalignment through a 30 arc without short circuitg. Isolation brackets will carry a 500% overload without failure. Model SFH hangers are superior to hangers which corporate a sprg only, that can transmit noise through the allmetal construction, and hangers corporatg noise stop pads only, that can transmit low frequency vibration which a sprg would isolate. Hangers are available deflections 1.04" to 2.20" (26 to 56 ), and capacities from 35 to 3500 lbs. ( to 1588 kg).
