Upon delivery of the unit to Carlsbad Public Works Yard, 1702 W. Fox, Carlsbad, NM 88220. The unit will be inspected by authorized City employees and all items checked off prior to acceptance. Any discrepancies with these specifications and/or accepted exceptions shall be promptly corrected by the Bidder at no additional cost to the City of Carlsbad. All transportation cost shall be included in the bid price for this unit. Payment for the unit provided by the vendor will be made on a lump sum basis, within 30 days of acceptance, represented by the Total Bid Price: The total bid price shall include the price of the equipment, applicable taxes, transportation cost, fees, overhead, profit, and any other cost associated with the sale of the unit.
