This Addendum to the bid documents is issued to modify, explain or correct the original documents. It is hereby included in and made part of the Bid Contract Documents and Project Bid Manual, whether or not attached to. All requirements of the original Project Specifications and Scope of Work shall remain in force except as amended by this document. There have been a number of changes and questions regarding the above project. Please review the following: 1. Bid Form a. Base Bid 1, 2 and 3 forms have been updated to include Alternate (F) for price reduction for standard color carts. Bidders should list the amount that the total base bid price will be reduced by when choosing a standard color. Standard colors should be indicated on the bid form. b.
