SPOOL VALVE HYDRAULIC OTORS GENERAL INFORATION: Orbit motors covert hydraulic eergy (pressure, oil flow) ito mechaical eergy (torque, speed). Hydraulic orbit motors operate o the priciple of a iteral gear (rotor) rotatig withi a fixed exteral gear (stator). The iteral gear trasmits the torque geerated by the applicatio of pressure from hydraulic oil fed ito motor which is the delivered via the motor's output shaft. Orbit motors have high startig torque ad costat output torque at wide speed rage. DISTIBUTOR VALVE LH, LHP, LHR, LHH, LHPL, LHRL, HP, HR, LHRW, HW series motors have spool valve: the distributor valve has bee itegrated with the output shaft. The carda shaft rotates distributor valve ad trasfers mechaical eergy from gerotor set to output shaft. The valve has hydrodyamic bearigs ad has ifiite life whe load ratigs are ot exceeded. GEARWHEEL SET There are two forms of gearwheel set: - Gerotor set have plai teeth. These types motors are suitable for log operatig periods at moderate pressures or short operatig periods at high pressures. LH, LHP, LHPL ad HP series motors have gerotor set. - Roll-gerotor set have teeth fitted with rollers. The rollers reduce local stress ad the tagetial reactio forces o the rotor reducig frictio to a miimum. This gives log operatig life ad better efficiecy eve at cotiuous high pressures. Roll-gerotor sets are recommeded for operatio with thi oil ad for applicatios with cotiually reversig loads. LHR, LHRL, HR, LHH, LHRW ad HW series motors have roll-gerotor set. FEATURES: Stadard otor The stadard motor moutig flage is located as close to the output shaft as possible. This type of moutig supports the motor close to the shaft load. This moutig flage is also compatible with may stadard gear boxes. Wheel otor W moutig flage makes the motors possible to fit a wheel hub or a wich drum so that the radial load acts closer to motor bearigs. This gives the best utilizatio of the bearig capacity ad is a very compact solutio. Needle Bearig LHPN ad LHRN have a output shaft supported i eedle bearig. These types motors are suitable for operatig coditios such us frequet start ad stops, vibratio o the shaft, high static ad dyamic radial loads i short operatig terms. Low Leakage LL Series hydraulic motors are desiged to operate at the whole stadard rage of workig coditios (pressure drop ad frequecy of rotatio), but with cosiderable decreased volumetric losses i the drai ports. This motors are suitable for hydraulic systems with series-coected motors with demads for low leakage. Low Speed LSV feature optimizes the motor for low-speed performace. otors with this valvig provide very Valve low speed while maitaiig high torque. They are desiged to ru cotiuously at low speed (up to RP) at ormal pressure drop ad reduced flow. Optimal ru is guarateed at frequecy of rotatio from to RP. otors with this valvig have a icreased startig pressure ad are ot recommeded for usig at pressure drop less tha 8 PSI [4 bar]. Free Ruig FR motors are with icreased clearace at all frictio parts, allowig the shaft to rotate more freely with less mechaical drag. The icreased clearace also improves lubricatio of the wear surfaces of gear set ad frictio parts. Additioal advatages of FR versio are prologig of the life of the hydraulic motors at high speeds, as well as the possibility to use them i systems with wide variatio of the loadig. FR Series motors are desiged to operate with high speed over tha 3 RP ad low pressure drop. Volumetric efficiecy may be reduced slightly. High Pressure Shaft Seal The high pressure shaft seals allow the motors to withstad high case pressures at high speeds without exteral drai lie. otors with Speed Sesor otors are available with itegrated iductive speed sesor. The output sigal is a stadardized voltage sigal that ca be used to cotrol the speed of a motor. The torque ad the radial load of the motor are ot affected by the istallatio of speed sesor. 3
