Site Inspection: The scope of works includes inspection of 100% of un-electrified villages (all associated habitations of the village should be inspected) and 10% habitations & intensive electrified villages (all associated habitations in that particular villages should be inspected) covered in the State. Is any sampling criteria applicable for inspection of SPV system or 100% verification of all SPV systems per village is required? Tender terms and conditions shall prevail. 3. 4. What would be the quantum of minimum & maximum number of systems or average number of systems to be inspected per village as it mandatorily required for costing purpose. 5. Page No.28, Clause No.15. 4 Instruments for quality checks: The agency shall arrange for such instruments as required for successful checking of the quality of works. Instruments such as clamp meter, RFID reader, solar power meter, meggar, earth tester, vernier calipers, measuring tape, rodometer, GPS device, DSLR professional camera with proper zooming (minimum 15 Mega Pixel and 4X Zoom) etc. are to be arranged by the agency. The instrument must be calibrated on the day of inspection and calibration certificate should be possessed by operating personal. Please clarify whether it is mandatory to use DSLR professional camera with proper zooming (minimum 15 Mega Pixel and 4X Zoom) or equivalent camera device or high quality Mobile Camera can be used during site inspection. Tender terms and conditions shall prevail. 6. Page No.2, Data Sheet Last Date & Time for bids submission 25.10.2017 at 15.00 Hrs (IST) Deadline is very much stringent looking into bid requirements. We request extension in submission deadline as lot of activities such as arrangement of EMD through DD for all four regions, updating bio data of experts, working on costing including expenses for 3668 villages and Diwali holidays between 18th 20th October.We request to extend last date of submission on Online Bid and Physical Support Documents to 7th November 2017. 2. Heavy soiling in desert conditions needs to be considered as part of the O&M strategy. Shading of modules by adjacent rows can be avoided at the design stage. 2. Poorly designed foundations and improper anchor bolts can result in mounting structures that are not properly bolted/secured.
