Clean Steam Traps HST20, HST30 and HST30TC balanced pressure thermostatic clean steam traps - suitable for a wide range of clean steam condensate drainage, SIP, and system air venting applications in high purity steam systems. The Staitech HST range of clean steam traps share a number of common design features which include: Near-to-steam operating characteristic 316L stainless steel construction FA and USP Class VI compliant body seal ASME BPE compliant clamp and weld connections IN and ISO size options Available in low ferrite/low sulphur materials Electropolished finish option Full component traceability The Staitech HST20 and HST30 ranges of clean steam trap are designed to remove condensate from high purity steam systems operating up to 6 barg. A balanced pressure thermostatic element is used to detect the difference between the temperature of the cooling condensate and the system operating temperature. When this temperature differential exceeds 3-5 C the element contracts allowing the cooling condensate to exhaust. Sample Coolers HSC30, HSC50 and HSC60 sample coolers - designed and manufactured for steam condensing and water cooling applications in high purity environments. The HSC range of sample coolers share an identical internal coil ensuring continuity of performance across the range. The HSC50 and HSC60 units are designed to be mounted at the sampling point, whilst the HSC30 is a free-standing, portable unit. All models can be operated with either mains or chilled water as the cooling medium. Where the quality of the cooling water may cause fouling of the coil, the HSC50 can be easily disassembled to allow cleaning. Utilising the same basic coil design as the HSC30 and HSC50 units, the HSC60 is ideal for obtaining samples at both the point of generation and throughout a distribution system. The HSC60 can be sterilised in-situ, thus ensuring continuity of samples regardless of testing frequency.
