Dear Washington Nationals Season Ticket Holder: Here at the Nationals, we hope that you are enjoying the New Year. Right now we are hard at work to make sure 2008 is a very special year for all of our Nationals season ticket holders. We have been working diligently to put together a comprehensive parking and transportation package for you. We are proud to announce that all season ticket holders will be able to purchase at least one (1) parking pass per account for the 2008 season. There are varying parking price levels and all of the parking is within walking distance to Nationals Park. Enclosed you will find a map that illustrates the parking zones that surround the ballpark as well as a pricing guide. We ask that you provide us with your parking preferences and we will do our best to place you in a zone and price level of your choice. The criteria for parking placement mirrors that of the seaon ticket relocation process, and is detailed on the back of this letter. If you choose not to purchase parking, there will be several other Nationals Park transportation options available, including Metrobus and Metrorail, as well as FREE parking and FREE shuttles to Nationals Park from certain RFK Stadium parking lots. Thank you for your patience. If you have any transportation questions, or if we can help in any way, please call us at 202.675.NATS (6287). Best regards, Stan Kasten President Washington Nationals Baseball Club

Season Ticket Holders Parking Allotment Process Season ticket holders who are purchasing parking for the 2008 season will be assigned one (1) pass per account in a parking zone and in a lot or garage within each zone, based on the same priority criteria that was used to relocate the 2008 season tickets. The criteria is based on class year, season ticket plan size, seating category at RFK Stadium, and date and time of initial purchase. Those customers who were not season ticket holders prior to the 2007 season will be offered one space in a parking lot or garage per account in order of the date and time they placed a deposit for the 2008 season. Season ticket holders may purchase one (1) parking pass per account. If additional parking spaces become available, the Nationals will notify all season ticket holders of the opportunity to purchase an additional parking pass. On the statement that is enclosed, please rank the 4 parking zones and prices within each zone in order of your preference. Your preferences may be based on proximity to the stadium or by price point; it s your decision. Parking for all plans is subject to availability and may not be available at the time of purchase when your account priority comes up. Accounts may purchase one (1) parking pass which corresponds to the same number of games as your 2008 season ticket plan. If you have multiple season plans, you may choose one (1) plan for which you wish to purchase parking. For example: if you have purchased a Half season plan (41 games), you may purchase a Half season parking pass (41 games). Season ticket holders will need to submit payment in full for their #1 choice of parking zone and price by January 28, 2008. For example: If you are requesting a Full season $25 pass in the, you will need to submit $2025 for the season ($25 x 81 games). If you are placed in a $20 lot or garage ($1620 for the season), the Nationals will place a $405 credit on your season ticket account or issue a refund, whichever you prefer. Parking for the March 29, 2008 exhibition game versus the Baltimore Orioles will be FREE to all Full and Half season ticket accounts that purchase a season parking pass. The FREE parking pass for this game will be included in your parking book. Due to the limited number of parking spaces that are available, we will not be able to provide a parking pass to Partial season ticket accounts for this game or for Opening Night on March 30, 2008. Season ticket holders should mail payment and parking preferences to the Washington Nationals in the self-addressed stamped envelope provided or fax payment and preferences to 202-547-0025. Parking zones and prices are subject to change at the discretion of the Washington Nationals and are subject to availability.

Parking Prices and Preferences Please rank the parking zones and corresponding price levels using a scale of 1-10, with 1 being your highest preference: Red Zone $35/pass/game $20/pass/game $35/pass/game Green Zone $20/pass/game Orange Zone $20/pass/game $25/pass/game Green Zone $25/pass/game $15/pass/game Green Zone $15/pass/game Orange Zone $15/pass/game If additional parking spaces become available and you would like to purchase another parking pass, please check here. Total season cost for Full season ticket holders (81 games) $35/pass/game = $2835 $25/pass/game = $2025 $20/pass/game = $1620 $15/pass/game = $1215 Passes for Full season plans are subject to availability. Total season cost for Half season ticket holders (41 games) $35/pass/game = $1435 $25/pass/game = $1025 $20/pass/game = $820 $15/pass/game = $615 Passes for Half season plans are subject to availability. Total season cost for Partial season ticket holders (20 games) $35/pass/game = $700 $25/pass/game = $500 $20/pass/game = $400 $15/pass/game = $300 Passes for Partial season plans are subject to availability and do not include the exhibition game on March 29, 2008 or Opening Night on March 30, 2008.
