PSD Service Istructios Note: Your air cleaer service cover may be i a differet positio tha show. PSD09, PSD or PSD12 Style PSD08 Style 1 Shut off egie. Ulatch ad remove the housig service cover. 2 Remove primary filter. Pull the filter out of housig. O PSD09, PSD, ad PSD12 you must first loose the filter gasket seal. Usig the hadle, push dow o the filter to loose the seal, which will tilt the filter to approximately a agle. Plastic Hadle Plastic Hadle 3 Remove safety filter. Usig the plastic hadle o the face of the safety filter, pull the filter toward the ceter of the housig ad remove. Note: A safety filter oly eeds to be replaced at every third primary air filter chage. 4 Ispect the ew filter before istallig. PSD Service Istructios PSD09, PSD or PSD12 Style PSD08 Style Plastic Hadle If replacig safety, usig the plastic hadle o the safety filter, slide the filter at a agle ito the outlet side ad push i place util the filter seats firmly ad evely withi the housig. Note: O PSD09, PSD ad PSD12 models, isert the safety filter tab ito the positioig slot before pushig the filter i place. Safety Filter Positioig Tab Locatio 6 Isert the primary filter. For PSD08, slide the filter ito the housig util the gasket seats agaist the housig. For PSD09, PSD ad PSD12, slide the filter dow at approximately a agle util it hits the ed of the housig. Rotate the filter toward the outlet sectio to complete the seal. 7 Replace the service cover. O PSD08, tilt the service cover ito place ad secure latches. For the PSD09, PSD ad PSD12, placed the service cover i positio ad faste the latches. Note: If the cover does t seat, remove ad re-check the filter positio. The cover will be difficult to istall if the filter is t istalled correctly. 8 Visually ispect your ilet ad outlet coectios. If your air cleaer has a Vacuator Valve, ispect the valve.
