Kits help draw (Optional) VERTICAL FLAME URNERS - It s a multifuel: it can burn various solid combustibles (e.g. wood-chips, olives/nuts residues, pellets of any kind) - Self-cleaning; it does not need cleaning - You can have a be-fuel oven heated by a lateral pellet/multifuel burner and a frontal gas or esel burner - Since the oven is equipped with lateral wood furnace, the oven can be heated by wood (removing the burner and installing grids) - It s bulkier - It requires almost daily charge of pellets, because silos has small capacity
CLEANING URNER Grid and head air holes cleaning: daily frequency (cleaning time 1 ).You reach the grid by opening the burner door with its handle. Recoended tool: st/st brush. With the automatic pneumatic burner cleaning kit (optional) cleaning frequency becomes weekly. OVEN irst Channel Cleaning Frequency: weekly (time to perform the operation: 10 minutes), you reach the channel opening the burner door with a handle and rear outlet (if any). Recoended Tool: vacuum cleaner for ashes. Second And Third Channel Cleaning Frequency: quarterly (time to perform the operation: 30 minutes), you reach channels by opening the front vent. Recoended tool: vacuum cleaner for ashes. Cleaning Frequency of pipes front area in the first channel, from fouling: quarterly (time to perform the operation: 30 minutes). Recoended Tool: brush with steel bristles. Cleaning inside the oven flue: every six months (time to perform the operation: 10 minutes), you reach by opening the inspection nozzle in the rear of the oven. Recoended Tool: brush with stainless bristles. ELLET TANK ellet tank cleaning: six-month frequency. Empty the tank from the pellet, completely,through the scharge hatch, and remove any residual sawdust on the walls and at the entrance of the cochlea. Recoended tool: cinder vacuum cleaner. CHIMNEYS (not supplied by olin): Chimneys cleaning: six-month frequency. Check the contion of the chimneys and remove any residue (pay particular attention to the horizontal sections). Recoended tool: cinder vacuum cleaner. AUTONOMY The capacity of the standard, made of stainless steel, tank allows an autonomy range of 3 working days (for ovens of 60.000 Kcal/h) or 2 working days (for ovens of 100.000 Kcal/h) assuming a 5-hours working day.
