rinciples of Operation: V1X & V1X-AD astbreak pumps provide both suction and blow-off with a single supply of compressed air controlled by a solenoid valve. Utilizing quick exhaust valve technology, astbreak pumps store compressed air in the upper chamber while simultaneously generating vacuum. The quick exhaust diaphragm seals the compressed air chamber from the suction line. Air Supply Vacuum xhaust When the part is to be released, the solenoid valve* is de-energized.
