1 General Description LED Tube Light adopts the new type LED as the light source, using the standard T8 tube s end caps, makes it easy to install and replace the traditional fluorescent lamp. The models is T8 LED Tube Lamp; the rating is 100~277Vac, 50/60 Hz, 9 W for Model FY-T8-600NX, the whole length is 0.6m; 14 W for Model FY-T8-900NX and FY-T8-1200NXS, the whole length is 0.9m and 1.2m, 18W for Model FY-T8-1200NX, the whole length is 1.2m; 22W for Model FY-T8-1200NXB and FY-T8-1500NX,the whole length is 1.2m and 1.5m; 26W for Model FY-T8-1800NX, the whole length is 1.8m; 36W for Model FY-T8-2400NX, the whole length is 2.4m; The package of Model FY-T8-600NX, FY-T8-900NX, FY-T8-1200NXS, FY-T8-1200NX, FY-T8-1200NXB is consists of LED Tube Lamp (1 pcs), installation instruction (1 pcs). Label (1 set). The package of Model FY-T8-1500NX,FY-T8-1800NX,FY-T8-2400NX is consists of LED Tube Lamp (1 pcs), installation instruction (1 pcs). Label (1 set), metal brackets (2 set), mounting screws (2 set) - A non-user replaceable light source and is known as a self-ballasted LED Tube Lamp. - An electronic LED Driver was built inside the unit. - For dry and damp location. - Has been evaluated for use with ceiling fixtures. - Not for use with light dimmers. - These lamps should be installed by an electrician; - These lamps work on line voltage and require all ballasts and starters to be removed before the bulb is to be installed in the fixture;. - Use in -20~45 degrees C environmental conditions; - Do not install in a raceway or a luminaire marked for through branch wiring. - These devices are not intended for use with emergency exits. - Always connect ground lead to fixture where applicable. - These LED tube lamps are intended to retrofit maximum 4 lamps, Type IC or Non-IC Recessed, or surface-mounted fluorescent luminaire that use straight tubular maximum 4-foot lamp with or without diffuser. - The LED Tube was connected to the branch circuit by pins on one end of lamp base; the pins on the other end of lamp base is only for mechanical support. - Please connect your authorized dealer, distributor, or rethink Environmental if you have any questions not addressed in these instructions. 2 WARNING IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Danger Risk Of Shock Disconnect Power Before Installation. WARNING - Risk of fire or electric shock. Luminaires wiring, ballasts, or other electrical parts may be damaged when drilling for installation of reflector kit hardware. Check for enclosed wiring and components. WARNING - Risk of fire or electric shock. LED Retrofit kit installation requires knowledge of fluorescent lighting luminaires electrical systems. If not qualified, do not attempt installation. Contact a qualified electrician. WARNING - Risk of fire or electric shock. Install this kit only in the luminaires that has the construction features and dimensions shown in the photographs and/or drawings. WARNING -To prevent wiring damage or abrasion, do not expose wiring to edges of sheet metal or other sharp objects. The end retrofit luminaire has been modified and can no longer operate the originally intended lamp. WARNING - Risk of fire or electric shock. Do not use this retrofit employing shunted bi-pin lampholders kit in luminaires Do not make or alter any open holes in an enclosure of wiring or electrical components during kit installation. Only those open holes indicated in the photographs and/or drawings may be made or altered as a result of kit installation. Do not leave any other open holes in an enclosure of wiring or electrical components. WARNING - To avoid potential fire or shock hazard, do not use this retrofit kit in luminaires employing shunted bi-pin lampholders. Note: Shunted lampholders are found only in fluorescent luminaires with Instant-Start ballasts. Instant-start ballasts can be identified by the words Instant Start or I.S. marked on the ballast. This designation may be in the form of a statement pertaining to the ballast itself, or may be combined with the marking for the lamps with which the ballast is intended to be used, for example F40T12/IS. Installers should not disconnect existing wires from lampholder terminals to make new connections at lampholder terminals. Instead installers should cut existing lampholder leads away from the lampholder and make new electrical connections to lampholder lead wires by employing applicable connectors. THE RETROFIT ASSEMBLY IS ACCEPTED AS A COMPONENT OF A FLUORESCENT LUMINAIRE WHERE THE SUITABILITY OF THE COMBINATION SHALL BE DETERMINED BY CSA OR AUTHORITIES HAVING JURISDICTION. Detailed Installation Guide: Making diameter holder Ф3.2mm, using diameter Ф3.0mm screw, to connected fixable Clips by screwed, two Clips used, Clips install position refer to following diagram(see Fig 3), and then installate the LED tube(see fig 4) III
Fig 3 Fig 4 4 Installing (1). Installation procedure; Step 1: Remove ballast and starter where applicable, and the corresponding wires including branch circuit wires and ballast wires. If existing lampholder terminals are shorted by a jumper (as in instant start circuit), then remove the jumper. Step 2: According to the Schematic wiring diagram, connect the wire of L N in AC100-277V with either lampholder at the end of fixture, then labeled the Output Input (refer to the below picture), in order to identify the direction for installation. Followings are installation of 3 different fixtures. IV
