SPECIFICATIONS FOR ONE (1) 1 TON CREW CAB/CHASSIS W/UTILITY BODY Listed below are the specifications for the purchase of One (1) New 2019 or newer 1 Ton Crew Cab Chassis, mounted with utility body. These specifications are patterned after a heavy duty 350/3500, with a reading classic II Utility Body, yet has been modified in an effort to encourage suitable manufacturer participation in supplying equal or similar equipment. All bid offers that meet the intent of the specifications will be given full consideration. In all cases where equipment offered does not meet the requirements as specified, the variance must be pointed out on the bid submission to permit full review and consideration. Bidder is required to furnish a copy of the manufacturers specification and performance data for the vehicle(s) submitted for bid. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 1. DESIGN - The unit shall be new, of latest manufacture, and of current design and production. The unit shall be fully assembled, and shall include all necessary operating components and accessories, which are customarily furnished, unless otherwise stated, and to insure reliability and efficiency in sustained regular operation. 2. MANUALS The bidder shall be required to supply one (1) complete set (in English) of all operation, maintenance, parts, drivability /emissions and electrical schematic manuals to be provided with new unit sales at the time of delivery. 3. EQUIPMENT In all cases where the manufacturer has a selection of equipment considered either standard or heavy-duty, such as cooling systems, suspensions, engine/transmission and so forth, the units being purchased shall be quoted as delivered with such heavy-duty items being provided. 4. SAFETY Purchased units shall meet or exceed all current production year safety specifications per manufacturer unless otherwise stated in bid proposal.

ENGINE: The engine shall be liquid cooled, internal combustion, Diesel powered, W/ heavy-duty cooling pkg. 2. A full size spare wheel and tire of matching size and style will be included. 11.BUMPERS: Front bumper will be standard chrome bumper. 12.RADIO: Unit will be equipped with a factory installed AM/FM stereo with a clock.
