Standard Operating Hours are from 7.00 am to 3.00 pm on Business Days; 3. Subject to 4.1.1 below, the transporting equipment rates specified above shall apply to during Standard Operating Hours; 4. The after-hours / overtime surcharge shall: 4.1. apply to any period of hire of transporting equipment: 4.1.1. in excess of eight (8) hours where the hire commenced between 5.00 am and 7.00 am on a Business Day; and/or 4.1.2. outside of Standard Operating Hours (excluding public holidays); and 4.2. be charged as a flat hourly rate in addition to the relevant transporting equipment rate/s; 5. The public holiday surcharge shall be charged as a flat hourly rate in addition to the relevant transporting equipment rate/s for hire of transporting equipment on public holidays; 6. 7. The minimum period of hire during Standard Operating Hours is one (1) hour; 8. The minimum period of hire outside of Standard Operating Hours is four (4) hours; 9. POA means price on application; 10. Hire is subject to the availability at the time of receiving a purchase order from the hirer; 10.1. Where hire is: 10.1.1. scheduled to commence outside of Standard Operating Hours; and 10.1.2. cancelled by the hirer without eight (8) hours prior notice, 11. Lee Crane Hire may, in its absolute discretion, charge a cancellation fee equivalent to two (2) hours hire at the relevant rate/s.
