COMBIIS STUDIO 6 SAFETY - PLC PROGRAMMING Programming IDE Wih KEB's COMBIIS sudio 6 Safey machine designers can mee compliance wih IEC 61508 SIL3 and ISO/EN 13840 PL e. Sudio 6 Safey uses a TÜ Rheinland-cerified CODESYS plug-in which is fully inegraed in KEB's COMBIIS Sudio 6 developmen environmen. This means he machine and safey program can be developed in one unified sofware plaform. The safey conroller programs as a sub-node of he main machine conroller and he applicaion, asks, global variable liss, POEs and logic I/Os are inegraed. Funcion Block Programming The safey conroller is programmed hrough a Funcion Block Diagram (FBD) Safey Edior in IEC61131-3. The FBD Safey Edior conains cerified safe modules according o PLCopen Safey. The safey modules faciliae he programming of common machine elemens like e-sop circuis, ligh curains, and wo-handed conrol. Safe Projec Managemen Sudio 6 Safey also offers addiional funcionaliy for managing he projec. This includes change racking, safe signal flow, safe versioning (pinning), and he separaion of safe mode and debug mode. Drive Commissioning - Safe Moion Inegraed Safe Drive funcions are also commissioned wih Sudio Safey. This is where he safey funcionaliy and limis can be configured.
