SUPERTRAK CUBICLE CURTAIN TRACK KEY FEATURES There is curtain track... and then there is Supertrak! C/S Supertrak is the most effective cubice curtain track system currenty avaiabe, featuring an innovative design which combines a totay rigid structure with the fexibiity of configuration to meet individua requirements. It is avaiabe in a satin anodised auminium finish, or can be coated to order in any BS, RAL or custom coour. C/S Supertrak is used in hospitas, heath centres, nursing homes, eisure centres and hotes throughout the word. Instaations are manufactured to site requirements then shipped in easiy handed fat-pack boxes. Continuous iner eiminates snagging. Gides run smoothy and quiety. Runner access points enabe curtains to be changed easiy. Anti-igature components avaiabe. Avaiabe anodised or powder coated in any BS, RAL or custom coour. Rigid and durabe. Conforms to HTM 66 2005. Moduar system idea for export. Gides and hooks attached to the curtain are oaded through a sot in the track from one position which eiminates the aborious task of hooking and unhooking. The runner access sot can be positioned at virtuay any point of the system incuding the front so that oading can easiy be achieved without disturbing the patient, the curtain subsequenty being anchored at the bed head end. Layouts shown beow indicate the possibe positions of the components used for various typica bed ayouts, they are intended as a guide ony. Note: Part numbers refer to the items shown on the page opposite. FIXING COMPONENTS Direct Ceiing Fixing By means of conceaed screws ocated at 1m centres. Wa Bracket S010 Used in a suspended system to fix the track end to the wa at 90. Aso used to create a tie bar providing atera restraint. An aternative bracket is avaiabe where the ange between wa and track is not 90 (S020). Rod Suspender S006 An auminium rod attached to the track ocates at the ceiing in an auminium seeve. Two grub screws retain the rod in the seeve, aowing 20 mm adjustment in ength. SYSTEM ACCESSORIES Track ength (S001) and iner (S002) S002 Junction S012 For inking adjacent cubices where a return is necessary at the front of the track. A spring oaded button can be ocated either near the commencement of the track or at the front of the track (optiona position) to aow easy access when inserting or removing curtains (as requied by HTM 66, 2005). The Runner Access Button aso acts as an anchor at the bed head end to secure the end gide and fix the curtain at the end. Anti-igature components avaiabe for wa fixing.
