Prior to a search of the subject, he revealed he was in possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia. He was also found to be in possession of forged checks and a stolen credit card. His parole agent was contacted and requested he be placed on a hold. He was transported and booked into the SMC Jail. After speaking to all parties, it was determined there was no intent to annoy the juvenile and a report was taken for informational purposes.
