I. OVER VIEW: - Glass Lifter was designed to move a sheet of glass in combination with a forklift, or with an electric hoist. - The clamping mechanism is fully automatic. - The vulcanized rubber on the clamp allows additional grip as well as extra protection to the glass to be handled. - The light and compact design makes it easy to transport and to store this lifter. II.TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: - Main hanging part at the center top, the hanger is made of steel, sturdy and story enough to carry the load. - Two clamping jaws were made of casting aluminum and thermobonded with rubber padding to secure right grips to the glass sheet. - The main body was combined with 8 wheels. The four lower wheels of the Lifter protect glass sheets from touching abrasive particles on the floor's surface. The four upper wheels of the Lifter were designed to provide pressure on the glass surface to act as a guide as the sheet glides into the clamp. - In addition, there are two guide shafts to lead the device gripping the glass in a right position smoothly. 1
