QHD0 Gear Pump Cataogue DESCIPTION n Due to their robust iron-cast structure, the QHD0 series pumps with externa gearing are intended for the heaviest appications in the area of agricutura and buiding machines. The QHD0 series covers the range of dispacements from 7 to 56 cm 3 /rev. n The pumps are characterized by simpe construction with hydrauic pressure baance, compact dimensions and a wide range of connection types. QHD0 pumps have a two-piece a-cast-iron construction. The basis consists of a supporting body with a bind chamber for gear whees and a fastening fange. The body as we as the fange are made of a high-quaity grey cast iron. In the body and the fange, siding seeves for gear whees are moded. Gear whees with 13 teeth made of utra high-strength stee, which are optimised to achieve a ow noise eve. The axia pump baancing is performed using siding auminium aoy pressure pates in which a shape seaing of baancing surface is ocated in grooves. QHD0 construction enabes the pumps to be used aready at ow revoutions at high pressure. n The GHD0 pumps are produced in various designs of drives, camping fanges as we as iquid inets and outets. These pumps compy with the standards ISO, SAE, UNI and other word-recognised standards. They can aso be deivered in a reversibe design, with externa or interna drainage. BASIC PATS OF PUMP 1. Body 2. QHD0 Gear Pump Cataogue OTHE EQUIEMENTS n A driving device must not generate an axia or a radia oad of the pump shaft, uness this is excusivey permitted for the pump with a front-end bearing. n A the matters affecting technica parameters and properties of the pump are given in respective operating manuas, technica specifications and test specifications of the manufacturer. DIECTION OF OTATION n Determine direction of rotation by ooking at the drive shaft. The pump can ony be used in the specified direction of rotation. EVESIBE DESIGN n The pumps with the possibiity of bidirectiona rotation have a different interna arrangement requiring drainage. Two types of drain are used - interna and externa.
