Investigation revealed that the 29 year old male driver from Bellbrook did not have a valid driver s license. The suspect was cited into Xenia Municipal Court for Driving under Suspension. March 12, 2017 0920 hours A business on State Route 725 reported that they had found a driver s license inside their store. Contact was made with the owner from Centerville who advised he had already replaced it. The found driver s license was destroyed. March 12, 2017 1343 hours Officers were dispatched to Sable Ridge Drive on a burglary alarm activation. The residence checked secure. Contact was made with the homeowner. March 12, 2017 1857 hours A property damage accident was reported on South Belleview Drive. A vehicle traveling on West Franklin Street lost control and struck a traffic sign located at the corner of South Belleview Drive. The 56 year old female driver from Bellbrook was cited into Xenia Municipal Control for Failure to Control.

March 13, 2017 0052 hours Officers were approached by a citizen with a complaint about a vehicle playing loud music on Sugarcreek Drive. The vehicle was located and officers made contact with the occupant. He was told to turn his music down. The subject was cooperative. No further complaints reported. March 13, 2017 1351 hours A 16 year old male from Xenia was found in possession of marijuana. The suspect was cited into Greene County Juvenile Court for Drug Abuse. At the order of the Greene County Probation Department, the juvenile was transported to the Greene County Juvenile Detention Center to be incarcerated. March 14, 2017 1604 hours A resident on Brookshire Drive reported that a subject known to her had stolen several hundred pounds of scrap metal from her garage on North Main Street. Criminal charges are pending. March 14, 2017 1831 hours A suspicious person attempting to sell vacuum cleaners was reported in the area of Lower Hillside Drive. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate the subject. March 15, 2017 0425 hours An officer stopped a vehicle on Wilmington Dayton Road for an equipment violation. Investigation revealed that the 24 year old driver from Kettering did not have a valid driver s license. The suspect was cited into Xenia Municipal Court for Driving under Suspension. March 15, 2017 1015 hours A verbal bullying incident was reported on East South Street. The 15 year old male suspect was spoken with and advised that he will be criminally charged if he does not stop his behavior.

March 15, 2017 1950 hours An officer was dispatched to Marcia Drive where a female had locked her keys in her vehicle. The officer was able to gain entry into the vehicle. March 16, 2017 0842 hours A business on West Franklin Street reported receiving a bad check. Investigation revealed that the 42 year old male suspect from Hillsboro was incarcerated at the Greene County Jail, where an officer interviewed him. The suspect advised he would have a relative pay the debt owed to the business. The suspect was advised that criminal charges will be forthcoming if restitution is not made to the business within a week. March 16, 2017 1728 hours An officer was dispatched to Cabernet Way on a complaint of a subject involved in door todoor sales. The suspect was located and ordered to cease his activity. The officer explained that a permit is required for soliciting in the City of Bellbrook. March 16, 2017 1749 hours Officers were dispatched to West Sudbury Drive on a burglary alarm activation. The residence checked secure without any signs of criminal activity. March 17, 2017 0306 hours An officer stopped a vehicle on North Main Street for a moving violation. The 31 year old male driver refused to cooperate with officers during the traffic stop. This led to his arrest for Disorderly Conduct, Obstructing Official Business, Resisting Arrest, and Failure to Signal Turn. The suspect was transported to the Greene County Jail. March 17, 2017 1151 hours Officers were dispatched to Cabernet Way on a burglary alarm activation. The residence checked secure without signs of any criminal activity. The homeowner was contacted.

March 17, 2017 2215 hours While on routine patrol an officer located a vehicle with a door standing open on West Sudbury Drive. Contact was made with the owner who advised he had forgotten to close the door. Nothing was missing from the vehicle and it was re secured. March 18, 2017 0120 hours An officer stopped a vehicle on State Route 725 for a moving violation. Investigation revealed that the 22 year old driver from Fairborn was impaired. The suspect was cited into Xenia Municipal Court for two counts of Operating a Vehicle while under the Influence, Open Container, and Two Headlights Required. He was later released to a friend. March 18, 2017 1309 hours A traffic accident was reported on Wilmington Dayton Road. The driver at fault, a 17 year old female from Bellbrook, was cited into Greene County Juvenile Court for Failure to Maintain Assured Clear Distance Ahead. March 18, 2017 1726 hours An officer stopped a vehicle pulling a trailer on West Franklin Street for an equipment violation. Investigation revealed that the 33 year old male driver from Springfield did not have a valid driver s license. He was cited into Xenia Municipal Court for Driving under Suspension and No Tail Lights. March 18, 2017 1859 hours A vehicle was stopped on North Main Street after a Sugarcreek Township Police Officer reported observing the vehicle being operated in a reckless manner. The 33 year old female driver from Trotwood was found to be impaired. Investigation also revealed that the suspect did not have a valid driver s license. The suspect was taken into custody and cited into Xenia Municipal Court for Operating a Vehicle while under the Influence, Drug Abuse, Driving under Suspension, and Lane of Travel Upon Roadways.
