ELK GROVE POLICE DEPARTMENT Watch Summary Friday, May 27, 2016 NIGHT WATCH Time: 0100 hours Report #: 16-003576 Charges: PC 647(F), 148(A)(1) Location: 9200 block of Edisto Way. Suspect: VALLES, TERRI (HFA, 34, ARRESTED) S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for public intoxication. While being cleared for incarceration at a local area hospital, S-1 kicked a nurse. S-1 was placed in a restraint system then transported to the main jail. Time: 0316 hours Report #: 16-003577 Charges: PC 484(A), 1203.2(A) Location: Castleview Dr. / Franklin Blvd. Suspect: WHEELER, ALEXANDER (WMA, 28, ARRESTED) S-1 (Sacramento resident) was arrested for petty theft and violating the conditions of his probation then transported to the main jail. DAY WATCH No major incidents or arrests logged. EVENING WATCH Time: 1841 hours Report #: 16-003588 Charges: PC 419 Location: 4500 block of Freitag Way. Suspect: BELION, RONALD (BMA, 50, ARRESTED) S-1 (Sacramento resident) was arrested for entering a property where he had been legally evicted. S-1 was issued a citation and released. Page 1 of 9

Time: 1636 hours Report #: 16-003591 Charges: HS 11350(A), 11364, WARRANT, PC 1203.2(A), VC 14601.1(A) Location: Elk Grove Blvd. / Elk Grove Florin Rd. Suspect #1: FRENCH, ALICIA (WFA, 20, ARRESTED) Suspect #2: PENDERGRASS, JAMES (WMA, 34, ARRESTED) S-2 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. S- 1 (Fair Oaks resident) was a passenger in the vehicle being driven by S-2. S-1 and S-2 were found to be on probation. A probation search of the vehicle led to the discovery of narcotics in S-1`s purse. S-1 was also found to be in possession of narcotic paraphernalia. A records check revealed that S-2 had an active warrant out for his arrest and was operating the vehicle on a suspended license. Both suspects were arrested then transported to the main jail. ELK GROVE POLICE DEPARTMENT Watch Summary Saturday, May 28, 2016 NIGHT WATCH Time: 0029 hours Report #: 16-003593 Charges: VC 23152(A), 23152(B) Location: 8800 block of Elk Grove Blvd. Suspect: SCHWAR, STEVEN (AMA, 31, ARRESTED) S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested. Time: 0124 hours Report #: 16-003594 Charges: PC 647(F) Location: 9500 block of Colton Av. Suspect: WILSON, WESTLEY (BMA, 63, ARRESTED) S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for public intoxication then transported to the main jail. Time: 0206 hours Report #: 16-003595 Charges: PC 211 Location: 9000 block of Elk Grove Blvd. Suspect: UNKNOWN (BMA) V-1 was standing in a parking lot when he was approached by S-1. S-1 punched V-1 in the face then kicked V-1 while he was lying on the ground. V-1 suffered a visible injury. S-1 also took the victim s cell phone before leaving in an unknown vehicle. Suspect: DIXON, MITCHELL (BMA, 35, ARRESTED) S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for violating the conditions of a restraining order and his probation then transported to the main jail. Time: 1929 hours Report #: 16-003609 Charges: PC 470(A), 475(B), 475(C), 3056 Location: 9600 block of Elk Grove Florin Rd. Suspect: DOERNER, JUSTIN (WMA, 24, ARRESTED) S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 was found to be on parole. A search of S-1 s vehicle led to the discovery of multiple completed and uncompleted checks not in S-1`s name. A search of S-1`s residence led to the discovery of addition checks not in S-1`s name. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. Time: 2020 hours Report #: 16-003611 Charges: HS 11350(A), PC 1203.2(A) Location: Dino Dr. / Waterman Rd. Suspect: CARRASCO, AMY (WFA, 29, ARRESTED) S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was riding a bicycle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 was found to be on probation. A probation search of S-1 led to the discovery of narcotics. S-1 was arrested then processed at EGPD and released with a citation. Time: 2015 hours Report #: 16-003613 Charges: HS 11377(A), PC 466, VC 14601.1(A) Location: Calvine Rd. / Sheldon North Dr. Suspect: SMITH, MARY (WFA, 21, ARRESTED) S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 was found to be on probation. A probation search of S-1 s vehicle led to the discovery of a controlled substance inside S-1 s purse. S-1 was also found to be in possession of burglary tools. S-1 was arrested then processed at EGPD and released with a citation. Page 4 of 9

Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested. Page 5 of 9

ELK GROVE POLICE DEPARTMENT Watch Summary Sunday, May 29, 2016 NIGHT WATCH Time: 0006 hours Report #: 16-003617 Charges: VC 23152(A), 23152(B), 20002(A)(1) Location: 8700 block of W. Knoll Av. Suspect: HOANG, KEVIN (AMA, 28, ARRESTED) S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that collided with a parked vehicle then fled the scene. Responding officers located the front bumper, along with the front license plate, at the scene. Officers responded to the registered owners address and contacted S-1. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. The vehicle involved in the collision was also located at the residence. S-1 was arrested, medically cleared for incarceration at a local area hospital, then transported to the main jail. DAY WATCH Time: 1316 hours Report #: 16-003624 Charges: PC 243(D), 245(A)(4), 602 Location: 9300 block of Scottsview Ct. Suspect: MAYNOR, TIMOTHY (BMA, 24, ARRESTED) S-1 (Sacramento resident) was observed trespassing in the backyard of a residence. When the homeowner confronted S-1, S-1 chased after the homeowner. The homeowner ran to a neighbor s house for help and was punched in the face by S-1. When the neighbor saw what was going on, he came out to help the victim and confronted S-1. During the confrontation, S-1 and the neighbor were involved a physical altercation. Officers arrived and took S-1 into custody. S-1 was medically cleared for incarceration at a local area hospital then transported to the main jail. Page 6 of 9

Suspect: FLORES, FABIAN (HMA, 23, ARRESTED) Officers responded to the above location regarding a vehicle in a ditch. Upon arrival, officers contacted S-1 (Elk Grove resident) who was identified as the driver of the vehicle. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. A consent search of S-1 s vehicle led to the discovery of narcotics and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested then issued a citation and released. Time: 0432 hours Report #: 16-003635 Charges: HS 11378, 11350(A), 11364 Location: 9200 block of Elk Grove Florin Rd. Suspect: CHONG, DONNELL (BMA, 24, ARRESTED) S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted while sleeping in the driver s seat of a parked vehicle. S-1 was contacted and a consent search led to the discovery of controlled substances, indicia of sales and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
