2 IMPORTANT NOTES 1 This Auction takes place on behalf of A M Gray & Co Ltd due to the closure of their Bocking Hall pig unit following the termination of their tenancy. 2 Export: If any lots are to be exported outside the EU, VAT will be charged and retained by the auctioneer until a Customs Clearance note is secured. The VAT will then be refunded. If confirmation of export is not secured within 8 weeks, the VAT will be paid to the vendor and declared in the normal way. If lots are to be exported within the EU proof of VAT registration number and confirmation of port for export will be required otherwise VAT will be charged. 3 Removal of Lots: All mobile lots must be collected before Saturday 26 th November For those buyers who need assistance with loading, where suitable, a Telehandler will be available, but please contact John Gray on or or Hans Harvey on beforehand to arrange access to the site and suitable loading times. Purchasers will have until 31 st December 2016 to collect the larger and heavier in situ items including buildings, by-product tanks and feeding systems, but they must make their own arrangements to dismantle and load these items. Purchasers must comply with all Health & Safety, asbestos and other regulations as appropriate. All fibre cement may contain asbestos unless indicated otherwise and all electrics have NOT BEEN TESTED and therefore need isolating before handling and re-testing before use.
