5 Smooth Side Hooklift Containers 16 cu yd to 40 cu y Smooth sided containers provide greater efficiency over other containers Standard sizes range from 16 cu yd to 40 cu yd and are based on the design criteria laid down in the CHEM standards. Page 5 of 20

6 Smooth Side Hooklift The standard sizes range from 16 cu yd to 40 cu yd. The curved 300mm at the weld to shape of the sides gives strength give added strength to the container along with the double skin of the overlapped side. Container doors can be single hung, single top hung or double water tight barn door type. All locking mechanisms have been designed for strength and ease of operation, they are always fitted with secondary safety locking devices. The design has pipe work able to fit directly on a fork lift take-off, once connected the tipping hopper can be fully controlled by the switch gear inside the drivers cab. As with conventional tipping hoppers, the auto-release hopper has many uses in industry and the building trade. For example when used for collecting waste, the hopper proves to be convenient and safe. The compact size and manoeuvrability saves space and time in busy workshops. 11 FEL Front End Load Containers FEL containers are available in capacities from 2 cu yd to 10 cu yd. We also supply FEL containers for the offshore market with additional features being load tested lifting lugs, stacking points, reinforced side lifting pockets and crash barriers. Page 11 of 20

FEL Containers from 4 cu yd to 10 cu yd are available with the option of a tip skip tipping bar for use on skip loaders vehicles. Skip lifting lugs and under-floor pockets are fitted as standard. The 2 cu yd and 4 cu yd are available with the option of heavy duty castors for manoeuvrability. The castors are supplied as two fixed swivel with brakes. The 6 cu yd and 8 cu yd top hinged FEL containers features double plastic lids used for loading and emptying. The 10 cu yd is also available as a secure container featuring steel top lids that can only be opened when the vehicle forks enter the fork pockets of the bin. The side loading doors are also of steel construction and are made secure using key operated slam locks which are housed in a vandal proof shroud. 13 REL Rear End Load Containers REL containers are for use with rear end loading vehicles are available from 6 cu yd to 16 cu yd capacities. The REL can be an open container or fully enclosed container with a choice of plastic lids, steel lids or PVC sheet. Page 13 of 20

REL containers for use with rear loading vehicles are available from 6 cu yd to 16 cu yd capacities. RELs are fitted with under floor channels, safety stabilisers, skip lifting lugs and skip tipping bars as standard. For the enclosed REL, robust rear loading doors are fitted with spring bolts and padlock lugs. Lid opening handles are held in brackets on the container side. The front tipping arrangement ia available in 3 options: Fixed, Sliding or Loose pins, depending on your preference. REL containers can also be used as recycling skip / container such as 14 cu yard example shown on the right is a bottle bank other uses include cardboard recycling and paper recycling banks.
