For even more protection, the sleeve structure can include steel wires. Thanks to its excellent adherence properties in case of slippery surface, the POLY- SFE sleeves avoid the sliding of slings. 3 POLYSFE OTINGS Perfect protection during the handling of your fragile loads Slings coated with polyurethane in accordance with EN standard and complying with the amended machine directive 2006/42/E Safety factor 7 : 1 Ref : EP1 Ref : EP2 REMRK : While slings fitted with POLYSFE polyurethane sleeves are positioned by translation, those which have been processed with a POLYSFE polyurethane coating stick to the loads and, by consequence, wrong positioning of the slings can lead to considerable vibrations. The POLYSFE polyurethane coating enhances the slings life while handling loads that can slip easily such as ducts and pipes. POLYSFE polyurethane coating is applied on a single side or both sides of slings up to 300 width. POLYSFE coatings are processed on any kind of sling with or without rings on their whole length if required. POLYSFE coating on both sides brings perfect protection against liquids. Thanks to its adherence properties, the POLYSFE coating is recoended for the handling of loads which can slip easily, such as ducts and pipes. The POLY- SFE coating increases the protection of fragile loads (stainless steel ducts and pipes, etc.). 5 POLYNPPE The appropriate solution for the handling of delicate products Safety factor 5 :1 Ref : POLYNPPE PROUT INFORMTION : s no mould is necessary for its production, the POLYNPPE sling can be custom-designed on simple request. POLYNPPE sling combines flexibility and resistance and is made of a set of 14 hawsers of steel cable and coated over with polyurethan. Manufactured from one single rope, each end is made of a wire rope loop (steel cable strope type) and coated with polyurethane for its protection.
