4 COATING AGITATION SYSTEMS A drum agitation system is used to pre-condition coating components in a drum. The Spraymaster Elevator Agitator - 55 Gallon (220 Liter) Drum uses a pneumatic-driven agitation paddle to efficiently blend coating components using a high-torque gearbox. The agitation system and controls are mounted on a heavy-duty drum cover. The drum cover is mounted to a pneumatic lifting device to raise and lower the assembly from a drum. 6 PLURAL COMPONENT SPRAYERS - ELECTRONIC PROPORTIONERS An electronic proportioning plural component spray system is a high-pressure spray system used to apply coatings consisting of two parts, a catalyst component and a resin component, when mixed together, become a single coating. The Spraymaster EP Spray Systems electronically proportions the catalyst and resin components. The component mix can be digitally adjusted to a ratio anywhere between 1.0:1 and 10.0:1. The Spraymaster EP Spray Systems eliminate the need to change out the pump lowers in order to change your mix ratio. Typical applications include bridges, pipeline, storage tanks and water towers. The Spraymaster MP-Series Plural Component Sprayers are a portable, high-pressure spray system used to apply plural coatings. The Spraymaster MP-Series Plural Component Sprayers mechanically meter the component mix to one of six predetermined fixed mix ratios. 12 CO MONITORS A carbon monoxide monitor continuously samples compressed breathing air to alert operators to the presence of harmful carbon monoxide (CO), an odorless, tasteless, colorless gas.
