2 D 521D-D SERIES WHEEL LOADERS 621D-D XT -D XR XT TOTAL PRODUCTION MACHINES MID - MOUNT COOLING MODULE The Case, id-ount cooling odule features an ultra-efficient design that draws the coolest air to the cooling radiator, A/C Condenser, turbo air cooler, hydraulic and transission oil radiators. The cube-shape design prevents debris fro plugging between coolers, and the reversible hydraulic fan easily purges any trapped aterial, for axiu uptie. 3 BUCKETS ATTACK THE PILE Larger buckets on D-Series wheel loaders quickly penetrate the pile and efficiently prepare aterial for rapid fills and ore tons oved per hour. The angled floor plate soothly and quickly transitions aterial to the back of the bucket. QUICK-RAISE HOOD A flip of a switch raises the one-piece rear hood for quick access to the cooling odule, engine and all daily service points. Ground-level service checks can be copleted with no tools. These design enhanceents help ake D-Series wheel loaders best in class on an SAE index for aintainability. LIMITED-SLIP AXLES Liited-slip differentials on the front and rear axles axiise traction by transferring power fro the wheel that is slipping to the wheel that is gripping. This provides axiu power when pushing aterial or creating a pile in wet, uddy conditions. ERGONOMIC CAB The de-luxe, rooy cab on D-Series achines gives the operator a coanding, cofortable position. With single-lever controls, a convenient, electronic inforation centre, suspension seat and aple leg and head roo, D-Series is the standard for cofort. Fatigue is reduced; productivity increased. HOOD SLOPES FOR VISIBILITY View to the rear is iproved by the clean, odern design of the draatically sloping rear hood. The sloping hood is ade possible by the id-ount cooling odule, which eliinates the need to enclose large coolers at the rear of the achine. REMOTE DRAINS Drains for coolant, hydraulic oil and engine oil are grouped at ground level at the left rear of the achine for convenient access. The reote drains allow for fast, environentally friendly fluid changes. LOADER CONFIGURATIONS For axiu versatility, D-Series wheel loaders coe in linkage configurations including traditional Z-Bar, XT tool carrier and, depending on the odel, XR extended reach. QUICK COUPLER The quick coupler akes attachent changes quick and easy fro the cab, granting axiu visibility to the operator. 3

5 RIDE CONTROL An anti-pitch syste (optional) allows for the displaceent of the loaded achine with reduced loss of aterial, ensuring greater driving cofort. It engages itself fro 5 k/h onwards and cuts itself off as soon as the speed falls below this liit.
