2 R-620 HYDRAULIC DRILLING RIG A new odel The R-620 drilling rig on Caterpillar 3.30 C high power odule has been designed to perfor the following jobs: - Bored pile, with dry or bentonite syste; - Bored pile, with casing installed by oscillator or rotary crowd syste; - C.F.A. (Continuous Flight Auger) piles. The ain features of R-620 are the following: - Machine class: 60 tons; - New achine Caterpillar type 3.30 C odule c/w diesel engine and sound proofed canopy, ounted on 360 degrees slew ring; - New electronic engine C9 ATAAC with ore power (355 BHP) and eeting the ost recent eission regulations; - New powerful rotary: Copletely self erecting; ast able to withstand the ax torque over the whole length; - Casing installation by rotary crowd syste; - Advanced instruentation; - Reliability and safety; - Stability and easy to handle; - High productivity; - Easy to transport; - Cable crowd syste (optional); - Mechanical and hydraulic pre-arrangeent for casing oscillator (available on request). 3 6 1 Undercarriage class D6D CAT with tracks expandable by eans of hydraulic cylinder. 2 Base achine Caterpillar 3.30 C high power odule c/w diesel engine C9 ATAAC and sound proofed canopy, ounted on a 360 degree slew ring. 3 Winch assebly. 4 Parallelogra syste which allows to vary the working radius aintaining the ast always in vertical position. 5 Self-erecting ast which can whitstand the ax torque over the whole length. It is coposed by 12,75 interediate eleent, 2,1 botto eleent and 2,25 extension. 6 Sheave cathead. 7 Crowd syste by 5,6. hydraulic cylinder. 8 Rotary head with 4 drilling speeds and one spin-off high speed. For each drilling speed the ax torque is achieved. 9 Telescopic kelly bar with guide on the ast. Available in friction or echanical locking version. 10 Mechanical and hydraulic pre-arrangeent for casing oscillator (available on request) The new R-620 is installed on new Caterpillar turret with easy access to any hydraulic and echanical parts. New designed cabin allows better visibility and easier way of use.
