1 CLASSIFICATION OF PRODUCTS VINYL(PVC) or NYLON INSULATED TERMINALS WITH INSULATION GRIP SLEEVE (Funnel & Non-Funnel Entry types) This 3-piece design terminal provides a permanently attached tin plated brass sleeve for insulation grip. This product feature offers the highest quality reliable terminations. Nylon insulation is rated at 00 volts and designed for up to 5 C(221 F) operating temperature. Suppled on Rings(std., expanded, and extra-expanded insulation) forks, locking forks, short locking forks and flanged forks in wire sizes #. The expended and extraexpended insulation grip sleeve accommodates unusually large wire insulation. VINYL OR NYLON INSULATED TERMINALS WITH INSULATION SUPPORT (Funnel & Non-funnel entry Types) The PVC insulation forms an insulation support for the crimped wire. Supplied on #22 -# rings, forks, locking forks, and short locking forks, # 2-22 rings and forks, and #8- #2 rings, All Polyvinylchloride 2-piece insulated terminals are rated at 00 volts and designed for up to 5 C operating temperature. NON-INSULATED TERMINALS Brazed wire barrel seam; serrated inner barrel; one-piece construction; pure annealed, electrolytic copper; electro-tin plated; bell mouth entry; automated, quality controlled production process-all combine to provide an economical, high quality terminal which meets the requirements of your application where insulation is not required. Operating temperature up to 150 C (302 F)~(33 C(50 F) for high temperature). GENERAL INFORMATION 1) Basic Terminal Material : The basic Terminal is constructed of fine grade high conductivity copper per 99.9% up. 2) Color Coding : Terminal insulated is color-coded by wire size range to eliminated errors during installation. For wire size, 22- : Red(1.25) -1 : Blue(2.00) - : Yellow(5.50) 3) Serrations : Serrations inside barrel provide maximum contact and tensile strength after crimping. ) Funnel Entry : Assures rapid wire insertion during high speed production.
